Future planning refers to the process by which individuals construct plans for the future and realize them,which is the key to the development of individual identity.Under the background of the new curriculum reform,the way of selecting subjects in the college entrance examination has changed.Before selecting subjects,high school students need to think about their future plans.Teachers and parents play an important guiding role as the main social support.Under this premise,this study attempts to provide a theoretical basis for improving high school students' future planning and personal growth initiative by exploring the impact of teacher support and parental support on high school students' future planning,as well as the mediating role of basic psychological needs and personal growth initiative..On this basis,group psychological counseling is provided for the personal growth initiative of high school students,so as to improve the personal growth initiative of high school students,thereby improving the future planning level of high school students,and provide a certain theoretical basis for educators in the educational activities of high school students' future planning.and practical reference.Study 1 used the psychological test method,taking high school students as the research objects,using the adolescent future planning questionnaire,the perceived teacher's self-support questionnaire,the perceived parent's self-support questionnaire,the basic psychological needs scale,and the personal growth initiative scale to 759 high school students in Guangxi.Students conducted a test to explore the influence of teacher support and parental support on high school students' future planning,as well as the chain mediating role of basic psychological needs and personal growth initiative.Data were analyzed using SPSS27.0 and Amoss24.0.In Study 2,on the basis of Study 1,28 subjects with low personal growth initiative were screened and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group received group psychological counseling for 8 weeks,once a week,60-60 90 minutes.The control group did not receive any treatment.To explore the effect of personal growth initiative group psychological counseling on the future planning of high school students.The results of the study are as follows:(1)There is no significant gender difference in teacher support,parental support,basic psychological needs,personal growth initiative and high school students 'future planning;(2)There are significant differences in grades between teacher support and parental support for high school students' future planning.Psychological needs and personal growth initiative have no significant differences in grades;(3)There are significant differences in parental education level of teacher support,parental support,personal growth initiative and future planning of high school students,and basic psychological needs are significantly different from parents' education level.(4)In the relationship between teacher support and parental support and high school students' future planning,basic psychological needs do not play a mediating role,while personal growth initiative plays a mediating role.(5)Teacher support and parental support do not have a direct impact on high school students' future planning,and basic psychological needs and personal growth initiative play a chain-mediated role in the relationship between teacher support and parental support on high school students' future planning;(6)Parents A chain model that supports the impact on future planning of high school students is better.(7)Group psychological counseling can improve the initiative of personal growth and further improve the future planning level of high school students.Conclusion:(1)Teacher support and parental support cannot directly affect the future planning of high school students.They can indirectly affect the future planning level of high school students through the mediating effect of personal growth initiative.The role indirectly affects the future planning level of high school students;(2)Group psychological counseling can improve the initiative of high school students' personal growth,and then improve the level of future planning of high school students.
