Objective: in football,the lower limb muscle group,as the main muscle group running and dominating the ball,has good explosive power of lower limbs,which can directly affect the effect of women football players to complete technical action,including the advanta ges of physical confrontation,the power of shooting,and the rapid running.According to the characteristics of football,this paper understands the importance of lower limb explosive power in training and competition of women football.It integrates comp lex training into the classroom of sports colleges and universities,which provides theoretical basis for football coaches and football students to better carry out the explosive force training in the future,and preliminarily formulate the quality of lowe r limb explosive power for women football students in sports colleges and universities The method and means of training.Methods: This paper mainly uses literature,expert interview,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and questionnaire to study.The experiment recruited 24 students(all of them reach the level of secondary athletes)of Wuhan sports college as experimental pairs.Under the condition of random distribution,24 subjects were divided into experimental group and control group,each gro up was 12.The experimental group and control group were trained with complex training and single resistance training,and both groups participated in daily football training.After 10 weeks and twice a week of training intervention,the index of explosive power of lower limbs was tested,and the data were obtained and the data of experimental results were analyzed and discussed by SPSS statistical software.The experimental results were as follows:1.10 weeks,twice a week of complex training and single resistance training can significantly improve the performance of women’s football college students in 30 m sprint,there is no significant difference between the two methods.2.10 weeks,twice a week of complex training and single resistance training can effectively improve the T-type running performance of female football college students,complex training is better than single resistance training in the improvement of T-type running performance.3.10 weeks,twice a week of complex training and single resistance training can effectively improve the performance of women’s football college students in situ vertical jump touch high,complex training is better than single resistance training in the improvement range of in situ vertical jump touch high.4.10 weeks,twice a week of complex training and single resistance training in CMJ test have significant differences on the relative maximum power and power rate of female football students in sports colleges,but there is no significant difference between the two methods.5.10 weeks,twice a week of complex training and single resistance training in the CMJ test of women’s football college students to improve the power rate index has significant difference,there is no significant difference between the two methods.The results show that the complex training and single resistance training used in this experiment can significantly improve the explosive force of lower limbs of football students in sports colleges and universities.From the perspective of improving efficiency,the complex training is more helpful to improve the agility and standing jump touch high performance.The combination of resistance training and fast stretching complex training is a feasible way to improve the explosive force of lower limb s method.Therefore,it is concluded that the complex training is of guiding significance to the training of lower limb explosive power of the students in the female football selective class of sports colleges. |
