Research purposes: Sprint belongs to the sport of explosive force.Unilateral leg training is more in line with the special sprint movement mode,and complex training is a training method that can effectively improve explosive force.The main purpose of this paper is to explore the training methods of lower extremity explosive force which accord with the characteristics of sprint sports.Research methods: This paper mainly uses experimental method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method and literature review method to study.Experiments recruited students of track and field specially selected by Beijing Sports University,and selected 18 sprinters who reached the second level.Under the condition of random allocation,18 subjects were divided into experimental group and control group with 9 persons each.The two groups were trained with single-leg and double-leg combined training respectively.After 8 weeks’ training,the indexes reflecting sprinters’ lower extremity explosive force were tested,and the data were collected for statistical analysis.The main conclusions were as follows:(1)For the performance of 30-meter sprint,100-meter run,standing long jump and standing triple jump,both single-leg complex training and two-leg complex training showed significant improvement.Single leg complex training is more effective for improving 30 meters,100 meters running and standing triple jump,while double leg complex training is more effective for improving standing long jump.(2)For the height,power,impulse,explosive power index and fast power index of both legs and dominant leg squat jumps,both single-leg and double-leg complex training showed significant improvement before and after the experiment.But between two kinds of training for legs squat jump under various indexes were no significant differences,and one leg composite training on advantages under the leg ofsquat jump height and suspension on impulse value more than your legs type training,for advantage under the leg squat jump power,power and fast strength index of no significant difference between the two kinds of training.(3)The load of medium intensity(75%-80% 1RM)in the first four weeks increases the explosive force slightly,while the load of high intensity(85%-90%1RM)in the next four weeks can develop the explosive force of sprinters more effectively.(4)Double-legged complex training and single-legged complex training can obviously improve the explosive power of lower limbs of sprinters.Although there is no significant difference between the two kinds of training on the performance of double-legged squat jump and superior leg squat jump,it can be seen from the improvement rate that double-legged complex training is more conducive to improving double-legged squat jump;single-legged complex training is more conducive to improving the dominant leg squat jump.
