Complex training is to complete 80%~85% 1RM heavy resistance training for athletes in the same training session,and then activate the enhancement effect after the muscles are generated,and then carry out the enhancement training similar to its biomechanical mode.The goal is In order to enhance the explosive power and maximum strength of the athlete’s muscles.This study uses experimental methods,testing methods,to discusses the effect of compound training,traditional training and enhanced training on improving the explosive power of young women’s volleyball players.24 young female volleyball players from the high-level young female volleyball team of Kunming University of Science and Technology are selected as the test subject.Before the start of the experiment,24 athletes were randomly divided into experimental group(complex training group,N=8),control group 1(heavy resistance training group,N=8),control group 2(enhanced training group,N=8),this experiment lasted for 10 weeks.At the same time,the lower limb explosive force test indexes of the experimental group and the two control groups were compared before and after the experiment,and the effects of the three training methods were analyzed.The results showed that after the experiment,the lower limb explosive power of athletes in control group 1,control group 2 and experimental group increased on average,but the improvement range of lower limb explosive power of athletes in experimental group was better than that of control group 1 and control group 2.From this,draw the following conclusions:(1)Comprehensive training is superior to high resistance training and intensive training in developing the lower limb explosive power of young women’s volleyball players.(2)Intensive training and high resistance training group can also effectively improve the explosive power and maximum strength of young women’s volleyball players’ lower limbs.At the same time,high resistance training also has a good effect in developing the maximum strength of lower limbs.(3)In the two tests of the experimental group,the P value of the comparison results before and after the experiment is less than 0.01 in the two tests of in-situ two-foot take-off and approach-up feet.The development of China has a very positive effect.(4)In general,complex training has achieved 1+1>2 results,which safely and effectively improves the athletes lower limb explosive power and maximum lower limb strength in a shorter period of time.It also meets the requirements of college sports team athletes.Training needs,and to obtain the maximum training income in a shorter time,so it is concluded that complex training has instructive significance for the training of young female volleyball players’ lower limb explosive force. |
