Objective: This explores the influence of single leg complex training on lower limb explosive force of basketball major students,and explores more effective training methods for lower limb explosive force of students for basketball major students.Methods: Eighteen basketball major students were randomly divided into single leg complex training group(Group S),double leg complex training group(Group D)and conventional strength training group(Group W)for 8 weeks.In this study,we selected three tests as the test indexes of lower limb explosive force,including standing touch,run-up touch and three quarter sprint.We tested the lower limb explosive force before the beginning of the experiment and after 8 weeks of intervention,and analyzed and discussed the three test data.Results:(1)The results of the three test indexes in Group S were improved,the run-up touch height improved more,with a very significant difference(P<0.01);the four point three sprint improved significantly,with a significant difference(P<0.05);the original touch height improved the least,with no significant difference(P>0.05).(2)The results of the three test indexes in Group D were also improved,with a significant difference(P<0.01);the improvement of run-up touch height was significant,and there was also a significant difference(P<0.05);the improvement of three-quarters sprint was small,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).(3)In the post-test of Group W,there was no significant difference in the results of three tests,the original touch height,run-up touch height and four-minute and three-race sprint(P>0.05).Conclusion: The results show that the single leg complex training can improve the explosive force of the lower limbs of the students of basketball major students;the single leg complex training is more effective than the conventional strength training in developing the explosive force of the lower limbs.
