| Preschool education can enable children to develop good behavior habits and social qualities such as sharing,cooperation,modesty and politeness,promote the development of body movements and acquire basic cognitive skills,it will help children adapt to the future environment positively,affect the basic education and even the whole education cause,and have incomparable value to the growth of individual life and future development.In this paper,the concept of pre-school education costs to pave the way for the following research on the current types of kindergartens,pre-school education charging policy and charging standards were compared.This article mainly uses the literature research method,the questionnaire survey method,the interview method has carried on the investigation to the Kunming kindergarten charge situation,obtained the data material,and has carried on the reorganization and the analysis to the investigation result.According to the survey,the charge standard of preschool education in Kunming varies greatly according to the nature of kindergartens,and the current high charge price of most kindergartens has already brought great economic pressure to most families,the main reasons are the deviation of pre-school education orientation,the shortage of high-quality resources,the unreasonable cost-sharing of pre-school education,the imperfect supervision mechanism of pre-school education fees,the lack of government attention and financial input,etc..According to the conclusion of the investigation,this paper provides some pertinent countermeasures and suggestions.We hope to put an end to face-saving projects,return to the essence of preschool,scientifically and rationally calculate and control educational costs,increase supply and set reasonable charging standards,bring pre-school education into the compulsory education to reflect fairness,and adjust the financial distribution system,we will improve fairness and efficiency,standardize pricing policies,and legislate to strengthen regulation. |
