Labor has created the material and spiritual wealth of the world and is the basis of human life.Tao Xingzhi believed that labor is not only "labor",but also "work on your heart".Labor and education have always been closely linked.Education in labor can strengthen the connection between labor and moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic education,and promote the all-round development of people.Early childhood is the key period for habit formation,To carry out labor education in early childhood can promote children’s intellectual development,improve their aesthetic level,exercise their hard-working spirit and cultivate their good quality.Based on the author’s observation in D Kindergarten in Huaibei City,this study draws the following conclusions by using literature research method,questionnaire method and interview method:(1)The positive effect of labor education in children’s day life activities: Teachers and parents affirm the value of a day of life and labor education;The teaching methods of labor education in kindergarten daily life are varied;Children participate in the daily life of the labor enthusiasm is high;(2)The problems of labor education in kindergarten day life include: less labor opportunities in kindergarten day life;Kindergarten a day of life in the form of single labor;(3)The teacher’s behavior is not good in the labor education of a day’s life: the teacher lacks patience to teach the labor behavior of a day’s life of children;A day of life in the duty assignment of labor task with the teacher as the main body;Teachers to children’s day of life in the labor education evaluation way improper;(4)Children in the family day life lack of work exercise.Through the analysis of the questionnaire and observation data,it is found that the labor education is mainly influenced by the kindergarten,the family and the government.(1)Kindergarten level: Kindergarten lack of attention to the daily life and labor education;Teachers lack of a day of life and labor education related quality;(2)Family level: parents doting on children;Too many after-class tutoring deprives children of their work opportunities at home;(3)Government level: the kindergarten lacks labor education guidance documents in daily life;Traditional idea influences social labor view.In view of the above analysis and problems,this study believes that pay attention to the kindergarten day life and labor education,(1)Kindergarten level:strengthen the theoretical guidance on teachers’ daily life and labor education;Strengthen training and improve the attitude of preschool teachers to labor education;Teachers to children a day of life in the labor results reasonable evaluation;Enrich the way to carry out labor education in kindergarten day life;Improve the conditions of labor education in kindergarten day life;The labor education in the kindergarten day life to do the necessary design;(2)Family level: enrich the social labor practice in children’s daily life;Provide work opportunities for young children in the daily life of the family;Strengthen labor education cooperation and exchange with kindergartens;(3)Government level: change the concept,the focus from "labor" to "education";In kindergarten related policy documents to reflect the day of life and labor education;Special policies have been introduced to bring labor education into the daily life process of kindergartens to jointly cultivate children’s good labor habits. |
