| Since the reform and opening up,China’s social and economic rapid development,has made remarkable achievements,with the rapid development of the socialist market economy and the continuous increase in the number of enterprises,China’s enterprise employees become an increasingly large social group,and gathered a considerable number of social members,this group plays a vital role in China’s social and economic life.While creating huge economic benefits,it also brings various social problems.Among them,the most prominent problem is the occupational pressure faced by employees.The increasing occupational pressure not only seriously affects the work efficiency of employees,but also affects the physical and mental health of employees.This study is based on the investigation of the current situation of the occupational stress of the sales staff in D enterprise,and takes the alleviation of the occupational stress of the sales staff in D enterprise as the starting point of this study.According to the survey data,this paper evaluates the degree,causes and demands of the sales staff in D enterprise.Based on the needs assessment of service objects,the author consulted the relevant literature on occupational stress research,and formulated and implemented a targeted social work intervention plan.First of all,according to the content reflected by the survey data,the author selects an employee of enterprise D who is facing the dilemma of occupational pressure as a typical case service object,formulates the case service plan,carries out the case service work,and evaluates the effect of the case work.Secondly,the author also recruited eight enterprise employees with homogeneity in the face of occupational pressure,set up a support group,carried out group work in a planned way,and analyzed and sorted out the deficiencies in the work.Finally,according to the effectiveness evaluation of the social work service,the author puts forward reasonable suggestions on the intervention of enterprise social work methods in the aspect of enterprise employees’ occupational stress,hoping to provide reference for future research. |
