With the deepening reform of the government services,more and more administrative approval items and services were provided in the government services center.At the same time,a series of reforms such as run most one time,also put forward extremely high request for the government services.All these make female civil servants in government affairs center facing with heavy work,arduous tasks,harsh working environment,serious professional pressure.This "hidden vulnerable group" should arouse the attention of the whole society,including social workers.This study take the government services center of Z city as the investigation point,30 female civil servants were randomly selected as the research object,and the occupational pressure of female civil servants in the government services center of Z city was empirically investigated by using the method of data analysis and interview.On the basis of clarifying the occupational stress performance,reasons and influence of female civil servants in Z municipal government affairs center,the author selected the group social work method to intervene the occupational stress of the client group,and recruited 8 female civil servants who felt that they were facing moderate or severe occupational stress to form a mutual assistance group.Based on the thorough understanding of the client group and the environment they were in,at the same time using the theories of Strengths perspective,Empowerment,Social support,and ABC theory of emotion as the theoretical basis,paying fully attention to the latent capacity and advantages of the service object,the author plan to organize group activities six times.Through the group activities and team interaction,We hope to help the clients to get the correct cognition and the methods of dealing with occupational stress,improving their ability of compression and decompression,and guiding the service object to establish and use social support network system,which can effectively alleviate the pressure of the career,and realize self-development.The results of the final evaluation show that the social worker have achieved the expected results by using the group work theory to intervene in the career pressure of female civil servants in the government services center.This study provides localized cases and practical experience on the social work intervention of female Civil servants' occupational pressure.
