Labor is the basis condition of human society,it is also the foundation of human existence.Labor education is an important part of promoting students’ all-round development.Primary school primary school primary school education conference held in 2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed the importance of promoting the spirit of labor in primary and secondary school students.The CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the opinions on strengthening the labor education in the new era in the 3 months of 2020,which raised new requirements for the new era of labor education in large,middle and primary schools,and issued the labor education in primary school and primary school in July 2020.The guiding outline for labor education(Trial Implementation)provides clear guidelines for the implementation of labor education.Primary education is an important stage that plays a fundamental role in the growth of a person’s life.At the same time,primary education is also an important period for forming positive values.Carrying out labor education in this period is the requirement of education reform and development in the new era,and is a significant way to implement the fundamental task of moral education.Through the investigation,it is found that the current situation of primary school labor education is not optimistic.There are still some problems in primary school labor education,such as unclear educational objectives,single teaching methods,not systematic teaching contents,and lack of systematic evaluation mechanism.How to effectively carry out labor education in primary schools in the new era? It is an effective way to fully develop the labor education resources in the discipline and integrate labor education into classroom teaching.Based on the background of the times,this article is based on Marx’s theory of allround development of people,and the combination of education and productive labor.Taking General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions on labor education in the new era as the guiding ideology,research is carried out around the practical path of integrating primary school labor education into classroom teaching.The main content of the research consists of four parts.The first part mainly starts from social requirements,realistic motivations and theoretical foundations to demonstrate the necessity of integrating labor education into classroom teaching in elementary schools.Through investigations,we learned that the current primary school students’ labor education has split teaching objectives,scattered teaching content,and superficial teaching processes.This has led to a lack of system,structure,and depth in primary school labor education.Combining social requirements and theoretical analysis,it is found that integration into classroom teaching is the important way of labor education in the new era to bring out the value of educating people.The second part demonstrates the possibility of integrating labor education into primary school classroom teaching.By analyzing the internal relationship between labor education and classroom teaching in terms of nature,goals,content and methods,analyze the possibility of labor education being integrated into classroom teaching.The third part is based on the classification framework of educational resources,mining labor education resources in different disciplines.After classifying and analyzing the labor education resources in subject teaching,find out the integration point of labor education and subject teaching.The fourth part further constructs the fundamental path,basic mode and implementation strategy of labor education integrated into primary school classroom teaching on the basis of the previous practical problems and theoretical analysis.Based on a large number of classroom teaching cases,the basic integration path of subject practice education and two basic integration modes of subject chemistry practice and project chemistry practice are proposed,and integration strategies of natural penetration,organic integration and flexible generation are explored. |
