IlTC(信息技术与学科整合) refers to built ideal teaching environment to realize a new type of learning characterized by "autonomy, exploration, cooperation" , which fully reflect students' subjective position by fusing IT into the process of various subjects effectively. The essence of integrating in the curriculum is to change the traditional teaching structure "teacher center" to a new type of structure "integration leader with subject". It is the most important that IITC should be fulfilled in the class. In the meanwhile, IITC should be pay more attention not only on students' creative ability but also mastery and impartment of systemic science knowledge.The theories of constructivism on learning and teaching , psychology of learning , human communication , seeing and hearing and systemic science make good foundation for IITC. Constructive teaching place more emphasis on the design for learning environment and strategies, which will not work without teachers' leading function, so "integration leader with subject fully reflect the ideas of constructivismIn the view of features and standards of chemical subject in the middle school, this research has made a meaningful try on application of IT into chemical class in the middle school in the guidance of new type of educational idea "leader—subject". When teaching design are made ,the method of analysis by levels should be adopted not to make sure the teaching goals until students can grasp the basic technology and knowledge. When teachers begin a new lesson, the teachers allot "the learning sheet" and "operation manual" in advance (in the class, teachers use various soft wares to make clear the goals of learning)In this research, the author has made integrating investigation form three aspects "methods of imparting new knowledge" "exploration on special subject" "investigation and practice" giving expression to new type of learning characterized by "autonomy , exploration, cooperation" , this is obvious features of this research.The following conclusion have been made after a half year of practice and investigation and measurement: the IITC can raise students' chemical levels, arouse the interests of learning, improve the consciousness of cooperation and awake enthusiasm of joining in collective activities.IITC still has a long way to go without fixed patters, the thoughts on the IITC in this research have been made to encourage many teachers to make it more better and explore the best way of IITC.
