The history of the practical education development in our country goes through four steps. They are the practical education of the ancient times, the practical education of the modern times, the Modern practical education and the practical education of the following new courses reform.Every step has its characteristic and gives the people the rich experience and lesson, the basic development history of the history of the practical education development in our country is from the rather ignore to step-by-step importance, from few school implement to widespread open up for the influence of all kinds of factors, for the moment,the practical education in our country still exits practical question.First,the scientific research of the practical education don't be taken in account and don'set up the theoretical model of the complete scientific practical education theory. Second, the practical education can't be known sufficiently, the philosophy of valuing practical education can't be established firmly.Third, the practical education can't be designed in general plan and guided.The carryover effect isn't ideal.It has the tendency of the formalism.At last, the environmental conditions and organizational management mechanism is formal, the responsibility mechanism and motivation mechanism of the social specific department and the industrial unit participating and organizing practical activity of the students isn't imperfect.From historical experience and lesson and existed practical question, the counter-measures and mentalities of the practical education in our country include to correct the bad tendency of the exam-oriented education, to set up effect approach, to reinforce theoretical research, and to set up the approach stamped with Chinese Characteristics as quickly as possible, to correctly deal with the theoretical education and the proportion and relations of the practical education, to sep up the pattern effectively practical educational to optimize implementation mechanism of the practical education and carry out the necessary classperiod, to set up the steady social practice base and to bring out the necessary condition of the practical education for the students.
