Research On Individual Value Realization Of Social Work Intervention In Retired Old People

With the rapid development of our country's economy and society,the prosperity of various social construction undertakings,the improvement of the people's material life and spiritual life,The accompanying areas of social problems requiring further attention in social sciences such as social work are also emerging.The present stage is a critical period for the reform and development of the cause of ageing and the construction of the pension system in China.It is expected that by 2020,The population of the elderly over 60 years old in China will increase to about 255 million,accounting for about 17.8 percent of the total population.Numerous studies and social practices show that with the improvement of people's living standards,the coverage of social welfare continues to extend.Continuous progress in medical and health careWith the increasing average life expectancy of people,it seems that the problem of food and clothing for retired elderly people in urban areas is no longer a problem.Whether the problem of food and clothing is solved is no longer an important criterion for judging the happiness of life in old age,but the construction of spiritual level.The realization of personal value has increasingly become an important aspect of whether the elderly,especially after retirement,feel happy in life.Therefore,it is necessary to pay more attention to the social work.This paper takes the x community of Saihan district of Hohhot as an example,taking the retired elderly group in this community as the research object,taking the social exchange theory and the activity theory as the guidance,using the method of literature,interview and field observation.Taking part in the activities of the elderly in the community,focusing on the promotion of the individual value of the elderly retirement group under the perspective of social work,and the research on the existing problems and reasons in the realization,and on the basis of the field investigation,This paper probes into the ways of social work intervention in the promotion and realization of the individual value of the retired elderly group.This paper notonly enriches the case study on the continuing realization of the individual value of the retired elderly group in the city,but also makes the case study.The understanding of the approach of social work intervention in this field also has certain practical value.This paper consists of five parts:The first part explains the background and significance of the topic selection,the status of individual value realization of urban retired elderly groups,and the research results of social work and retired elderly groups,domestic and foreign experts and scholars at home and abroad,The main theoretical tools and research methods used by the author in writing the article.The second part expounds the basic situation of the community and the basic living conditions of the retired elderly.The third part summarizes the characteristics of X community retirees based on literature research,field research and collection data,and analyzes their personal value and Predicament and attribution.The fourth part uses the professional theory of social work and professional methods to explore how to explore the self-worth of retirees based on the problems and reasons listed above.This paper puts forward a feasible way for retirees to take the community as the basis,the service object as the main body and the social worker as the medium,so as to realize the real "feeling of the aged" and the "happiness of the old".The fifth part is the conclusion of this paper,the research content,the research process,the main conclusions are refined and elaborated,and further on the community itself and the retired elderly group unsolved problems are summarized.
