| This research is an applied research on test anxiety of college freshmen.First of all,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the test anxiety of the freshmen of S University,and individual test-taking freshmen and university counselors were interviewed to grasp the basic situation of the test anxiety of the freshmen of S University and the related services provided by the university.On this basis,the author further read the relevant literature,combed and summarized the main reasons of contemporary college freshmen test anxiety,and then used group dynamics theory,social learning theory,self-efficacy theory and rational emotion theory to comprehensively apply ABC.Emotional therapy and EMDR technology,mindfulness technology,together with Professor Wu from the Mental Health Education and Counseling Center of S University,university counselors and full-time young social workers designed six group activities,five homework assignments and personal behavior training.The group work of "group activities+interactive supervision+personal training" has involved a new model.In the process of group activities,continuously improve the activity design to help group members establish reasonable cognition,relieve anxiety,form new behavior patterns,and successfully achieve the group intervention goal of "reducing the test anxiety level of freshmen and improving the test level".The efficiency of college freshmen".During and after the six group activities,the effectiveness of the group activities was evaluated from multiple angles to ensure the accuracy of the effectiveness of the group activities.At the same time,inspired by the group intervention,the goal of all The test anxiety intervention model and group work intervention mechanism for college students with anxiety levels are to compensate for the limitations of group work methods and broaden the service path of the university.Student work.Finally,this study is affected by many factors,and some research conclusions are one-sided.It is worthy of reflection and further research. |
