| As far as the individual is concerned,labor is the only means to maintain his own survival and development,and it is the foundation of his life.Since ancient times,Labor is closely related to production and inseparable from people’s life.For this reason,human beings often regard labor as "human instinct" and ignore the significance and value of labor education.However,in recent years,with the reform of education and teaching,the concept of labor education has gradually become popular.As an important means to carry out all-round development of quality education,Labor Education has become a hot topic in educational circles.On June 23,2019,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the opinions on deepening the reform of education and teaching and comprehensively improving the quality of compulsory education education,which clearly states that we should adhere to the principle of "five educations" and develop quality education in an all-round way,we should give full play to the educational function of Labor,draw up the guiding program of labor education,put students’ life practice into practice,and optimize the course structure of comprehensive practical activities.On the basis of full reading of relevant literature,this study conducted a comprehensive survey on the implementation of labor education in the G primary school in Wuhan by using a questionnaire survey method,to make sure the samples are evenly distributed.With the aid of interview method,teachers and students who participate in Labor education are interviewed.Based on the analysis of the results of questionnaires and interviews,this study finds that there are some problems in the Labor Education of G Primary School in Wuhan,such as students’ lack of labor quality,school’s contempt of labor education value,school’s lack of labor education teaching resources,school’s single way of Labor education implementation and school’s Labor education evaluation.In view of the problems found,this study proposes the following countermeasures: Correctly Grasp the value of labor education,Supplement Labor education teaching resources,enrich labor education teaching path,perfect labor education security system.This article includes five parts: the first part,Introduction.This paper mainly expounds the reason of the topic selection,the significance of the research,and carding the relevantresearch at home and abroad,which provides the theoretical basis for this study.The second part is the definition of the concept and related theoretical basis of the elaboration.The third part is a survey of the implementation of Labor Education in the G Primary School in Wuhan.It mainly includes the design and implementation of the survey,through the field survey of G Primary School in Wuhan,collecting questionnaire and interview data,and finally finishing the survey results.The fourth part,is the Wuhan G Elementary School Labor Education Implementation Process exists the question and the reason analysis.The investigation object concentrates in the teacher and the student,separately analyzes the reason from the student,the teacher,the parent,the school and the society five aspects.The fifth part is the strategy discussion of perfecting the Labor Education of G Primary School in Wuhan,this research mainly from the Labor education idea,the Labor education resources,the Labor education implementation as well as the Labor education security and so on proposes the Wuhan G Elementary School Labor education improvement countermeasure. |
