With the development of education,there are more and more studies on labor education,but most of them focus on the existing research objects such as middle school students and college students,and few of them study the labor education of primary school students.This study firstly constructs the value system of primary school students’ labor education,and then presents the status quo of H primary school students’ labor education through interviews and questionnaires.Based on this status quo,it explores the causes of existing problems in primary school students’ labor education and puts forward targeted Suggestions for improvement.Firstly,this study combines the perspective of "whole-person education" to construct the value system of labor education.(1)in terms of individual value,labor education is conducive to the development of elementary school students’ labor values,labor attitude,subjective personality,hands-on and innovative ability,and moral,intellectual and physical beauty.(2)in terms of social value,labor education is conducive to cultivating students’ quality of hard work,reducing the pressure of primary school students’ schoolwork,and cultivating their sense of social responsibility.Then,based on the labor education theory of suhomlinsky,the labor education thought of tao xingzhi’s life education theory and the theory of "whole person education",the students and teachers of H primary school were interviewed and observed.On this basis,the questionnaire on labor and labor education of primary school students was compiled.After the reliability and validity test of the questionnaire,a total of 250 questionnaires were issued,241 of which were recovered,with a recovery rate of 96.4%and a valid rate of 238,with a recovery rate of 98.8%.SPSS Statistics 24 statistical software was used to analyze the daily labor status,labor education status,labor attitude and values status of primary school students.The analysis found that :(1)in terms of laborcognition,primary school students have unclear understanding of labor connotation and unclear understanding of labor value;(2)in terms of labor practice,there are problems such as lack of practice,improper practice mode and weakening and alienation of labor education.For cognition and labor practices,analyzing the problems existing in the combined with questionnaire and interview,found mainly due to the following reasons:narrow talents education,old traditional education thought,the influence of key labor educator,heavy physical light mental labor education,unreasonable labor education evaluation mechanism,etc.After the analysis of labor education existence question and the reason,on this basis,proposed the corresponding practice path: theoretical orientation of labor education,carries on the unity of labor education,take the way of labor education,to carry out the body of the coordinated labor education,through the labor collective labor education,strengthening the construction of labor education course,family,school and society common emphasis on labor education.
