| Labor education is an important part of the all-round development of human beings and plays a vital role in the development of human beings.However,there is no optimistic current situation of carrying out labor education in schools,and such problems as students’ lack of understanding of labor education,labor education being squeezed,superficial and formalized still exist.As the primary education as the basic education is an important period of the formation of human moral quality,the cultivation of students’ labor concept should be paid more attention to in the primary education.In this study,based on the perspective of labor education,the literature of labor education is consulted,the role of labor education,the courses related to labor education,the way of implementation of labor education,and the relationship between labor education and other four education in the overall development are reviewed,and the basic situation of labor education is understood.In addition,referring to the relevant cases of labor education activities that have achieved certain results at home and abroad,this study combs the theoretical basis of labor education from three aspects: Chinese labor education thought,western labor education thought and Marxist labor education thought.On this basis,the methods of observation,semi-structured interview and physical analysis are adopted to collect the cases of A primary school’s labor education activities,and the case analysis method is used to analyze the situation of its labor education activities,so that the characteristics of labor education and the existing problems are discussed.On the basis of sorting out and classifying the research data,the labor education activities in A primary school are divided into four types: agricultural labor,scientific and technological labor,service labor and aesthetic labor,so that the educational characteristics of using labor to stimulate emotion,using labor to create wisdom,using labor to strengthen the body,and using labor to cultivate beauty in the process of carrying out labor education activities in the primary school are found.At the same time,problems such as low resource utilization,unreasonable curriculum,insufficient funds and professional teachers also exist.In view of this,according to the actual situation of A primary school and students,the author puts forward some opinions and suggestions on the optimization of labor education activities.First of all,labor education resources should be integrated,the limitations of places should be broken,and the utilization rate of tools should be improved.In addition,the curriculum should be improved,the labor education objectives of schools and curriculum should be clear,and the supervision system should be established.At the same time,the fund guarantee system should be established.Moreover,teachers’ professionalism should be improved by promoting the transformation of teachers’ labor concept and providing professional training for teachers.Finally,a reasonable evaluation system should be established from the aspects of evaluation subject and content.This paper aims to provide reference for the labor education activities in primary school to better play the educational value and promote the all-round development of students by analyzing the specific cases of labor education activities in A primary school. |
