People are people in labor,and labor is the way of existence of people.On September 10 th,2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the National Education Conference that efforts should be made to build an education system with comprehensive cultivation of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor,and labor education was expressed in the position of paying equal attention to morality,intelligence,physique and beauty education.The new era has put forward new requirements and tasks for labor education,and labor education has been promoted to a new height.China has always attached great importance to labor education,and issued a series of measures to strengthen labor education.However,there are still some misunderstandings and prejudices in people’s understanding of labor education.The unique educational value of labor has been ignored,and labor education has been marginalized and nihilistic.Labor is closely related to people and individual life,so it is particularly necessary to explore the life value and meaning of labor education and construct labor education from the perspective of life.Firstly,this paper discusses the theoretical basis of labor education from the perspective of life.First,Marxist labor theory: labor creates man himself,and labor forms man’s essence;The combination of education and productive labor is an important way to realize the all-round development of people.Second,the theory of life education: education is a purposeful activity to cultivate people.Educational activities should take human life as the origin,follow the law of human life growth and development based on the characteristics of human life,and guide and promote students to realize the meaning and value of life.Third,General Secretary Xi Jinping important exposition on labor and labor education.Secondly,it puts forward a new understanding of labor education in primary and secondary schools from the perspective of life.On the one hand,it expounds the particularity of labor education in primary and secondary schools;On the other hand,it puts forward the unique value of labor education in primary and secondary schools from the perspective of life: cultivating the awe of life,shaping the integrity of life,moistening the excellence of life and awakening the intersubjectivity of life through labor education.Thirdly,from the three dimensions of weakening,narrowing and alienation of primary and secondary school labor education,this paper analyzes the lost situation of primary and secondary school labor education,and summarizes the causes of the lost labor education.Then,it puts forward the value orientation of labor education focusing on individual life: knowing life in labor knowledge,experiencing life in labor emotion,fearing life in labor behavior and surpassing life in labor creation.Finally,the purpose,content,methods and environment of labor education in primary and secondary schools are constructed from the perspective of life.On the purpose of labor education: return to the true nature and pursue the true labor education;Pay attention to all-round development and educate people comprehensively through labor education;Take care of individual life and point to individual life happiness.On the content of labor education: enrich labor knowledge and cultivate labor literacy;Pursuing fingertip wisdom and improving labor skills;Infiltrate value education and appreciate happy life.In the method of labor education,we should pay attention to students’ life and emotional experience through dialogue and care;Improve the methods of labor education and awaken students’ smart life.In the environment of labor education: let students place themselves in the natural environment and fully develop abundant labor teaching resources in nature;Optimize the labor education environment of schools,families and society,and create a good natural atmosphere of labor education.The comprehensive education effect of labor education can’t be achieved by the school alone,but requires the cooperation of all parties and the cohesion of education,so that students can improve their self-life and develop excellent life in labor education. |
