Labor is the basic practice of human beings and the source of creating all material and cultural wealth in society.Education is a kind of practical activity that affects people’s physical and mental development and improves people’s comprehensive quality.Labor and education are closely linked,and the combination of education and productive labor is the fundamental way to realize people’s free and all-round development.In China,the party and the state have always attached importance to labor education.However,in recent years,the phenomenon of not cherishing the fruits of labor,not wanting to work and not working is common among primary and secondary school students.In order to effectively strengthen labor education,in March 2020,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the "opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening labor education in primary,middle and primary schools in the new era",integrating labor education into the whole process of talent training,which will have a strong boosting effect on labor education in schools at all stages.All kinds of schools at all levels have made some achievements in the process of labor education,but the value of labor education has not been fully played.By using the methods of literature review,observation,interview and questionnaire survey,this study makes a comprehensive investigation on the labor education situation of L primary school in Qingxi new area.It understands the labor values of students,parents and teachers,the labor practice of primary school students,and the labor education situation of families,schools and communities,and analyzes the actual situation of labor education in the primary school,so as to make efforts from multiple perspectives To explore the problems and main reasons of labor education in primary schools.Finally,based on the previous investigation and analysis,explore the feasibility of labor education strategy,to provide reference for the current primary school labor education.Through the investigation,the author found that the current primary school labor education has the following main problems: first,the correct labor values are not deeply rooted in the hearts of the people;Second,the form of labor practice is single and the labor time is generally short;Third,there are deficiencies in family,school and community labor education.These problems lead to the poor effectiveness of labor education in primary schools.After analysis,the author believes that the main reasons for the problems in the current primary school labor education are: the traditional concept of advocating mental work is deeply rooted,education evaluation has an obvious tendency to take exams,the curriculum lacks a strong operational implementation plan for a long time,and the safety accountability restricts the effective development of school labor education.In view of the above problems and causes,the author thinks that to implement the national labor education policy and comprehensively improve the labor literacy of primary school students,the feasible strategies are as follows: establishing the correct values of labor education,parallel labor curriculum and practice,linkage of family,school and community to carry out labor education,strengthening the construction of professional teachers,Establish an effective labor education evaluation system,establish and improve the long-term mechanism of safety management and security.
