| Rural Revitalization Strategy is Comrade Xi Jinping’s strategy in the nineteen major reports of the party.In order to realize the revitalization of small and medium-sized cities and towns,the key lies in the return of talents,promoting the employment and Entrepreneurship of returned talents in villages and towns,taking root in the land,enabling young talents to stay,work,and do practical work,so as to promote the development of economic industry in villages and towns,and then feeding and promoting the improvement of public services and cultural life in villages and towns.However,the current situation shows that the one-way flow of talents from rural areas to urban areas has not changed.The technical form of returned talents is single,the professional knowledge reserve is insufficient,and the entrepreneurial ability is insufficient,which makes the revitalization of villages and towns only stay in the initial stage.How to effectively improve the employment and entrepreneurship ability of returned talents is a significant and far-reaching issue in the revitalization of towns.Therefore,the research on the employment and Entrepreneurship of returned talents has important theoretical and practical significanceLocated on the east coast of JingJiang,the town of Xieqiao in Jingjiang city has a 53.2 km coastline of the Yangtze River across from the Zhangjiagang River in Suzhou.It is also the seat of the headquarters of the Jingliang Economic Development Zone,A state-level development zone.It has 26 villages,7 communitis and a total population of 95,938,xieqiao town is an important economic and population town in Jingliang.It is representative to select Xieqiao town as a research area of returning talents to start a business,in order to solve the problem of the backflow in Xieqiao town,such as the lack of effective employment,the relatively single skills,the lack of entrepreneurial consciousness and the lack of entrepreneurial atmosphere,a vivid scene of diversified employment,mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation has been formed.This paper is based on push-pull theory,maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,human capital theory,and primary source,this paper makes a comprehensive study on the problem of talent backflow in the town of inclined bridge by using the methods of literature analysis,investigation and Statistics.Jingjiang town is located in the east of jingjiang,oblique bridge has 53.2 kilometers of the Yangtze river coast,and suzhou,zhangjiagang,and the location of the state-level development zones-jingjiang economic development zone,the ministry,and 26 village,7 community,a total population of 95938 people,the skew bridge town is jingjiang town,population and the economic selection skew bridge town as jiangsu township talents backflow of entrepreneurship research has certain representativeness.Based on the theory of push and pull,the theory of labor migration,the theory of human capital and other theoretical support,combined with the first-hand data from the questionnaire survey,this paper comprehensively used the literature analysis method,survey method and statistical analysis method to study the problem of backflow entrepreneurship in oblique bridge town. |
