With the development of social economy in China,the gap between urban and rural areas is gradually widening.In order to narrow the gap between urban and rural development and avoid the widening gap between the rich and the poor,the rural revitalization strategy needs to be implemented urgently.As the key link of rural revitalization strategy,the talent revitalization plays a vital role in the process of rural revitalization.Scholars at home and abroad agree that the implementation of rural revitalization must break the bottleneck of talent restriction,and China has been exploring the construction of rural talent ranks,at the same time,we also see the problems in the construction of rural talent revitalization.It is of great significance to study how to solve the problems in the implementation of rural talent revitalization strategy.In this paper,the theory of urban-rural relationship,public management and human capital are introduced as the theoretical basis of the study,and the current strategy of rural talent revitalization and development is taken as an example,first of all,it briefly explains the background and significance of the research on rural talent revitalization.Secondly,through the collection and analysis of relevant data in the development of talent revitalization in Putou town,we find the existing problems in the rural talent revitalization.In this paper,the rural talent revitalization needs to clarify the thinking of the work of talent,clear the objectives of team building,Set up the scientific talent view,perfect the talent work system through optimizing the organization management pattern.On the one hand,it is necessary to strengthen the guiding ideology and basic principles of the construction of rural talent ranks,adhere to the principle of keeping both morality and talent in mind and keeping pace with the times,standardize the identification of rural talent,set up the concept of scientific talent,and construct the identification system of scientific norms,setting up the talent-first talent view and strengthening the subject consciousness of rural talents.On the other hand,it is necessary to optimize the environment for talent development,create a high ground for talent revitalization,create a policy environment for attracting talents,create a social environment that respects talents and treasures talents,improve the service environment for talents and help talents,and ensure the working environment for talents.At the same time optimize the structure of organization and management,improve the work system of talents,strengthen the force with coordination,form the resultant force of management work.We will enable rural revitalization to be facilitated by talented people and enable talented people to develop in response to rural development. |
