| Regarding the relevant expositions on rural development,the Communist Party of China has carried out innovation and development on the basis of Marxism-related ideas,conducted in-depth thinking on the new problems and new practices that have emerged in the current process of Urban and Rural Development in China,and conducted an all-round and multi-dimensional analysis of rural development positioning and development needs from the strategic height of China’s socialist modernization construction layout,and in this context,starting from the combination of theory and practice,put forward a new set of rural development ideas and measures.It aims to overcome major practical problems such as the excessive gap between urban and rural development in China and the imperfection of rural development,so as to guide and promote the reform and development of rural work in the new period.From "poverty alleviation" to "revitalization",the rural revitalization strategy is an important decision to solve the problems of China’s agricultural and rural farmers in the new era.Based on the premise of the specific implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in Shangyou County,Ganzhou City,the thesis reviews the results of rural employment assistance,conducts a relatively extensive sorting out of the transformation from "poverty alleviation" to "rural revitalization" in Shangyou County,Ganzhou City,and systematically collects,collates and summarizes a large number of detailed data,and summarizes the literature on rural employment assistance,poverty,rural revitalization strategy,non-agricultural employment,etc.The connotation of the two important concepts of rural revitalization and rural employment assistance was systematically sorted out,and the logical connection between the two was discussed in depth.Finally,the relevant conclusion was that the rural revitalization development strategy clearly defined the goals and directions of the rural employment assistance policy,and the rural employment assistance policy,as a tool and means,is the key to promoting and assisting rural development and an important way to achieve rural revitalization.Then,drawing on the relevant theoretical ideas such as participatory development and collaborative management,the current employment assistance work and non-agricultural development problems in Shangyou County were systematically and scientifically analyzed and discussed,and suggestions were made to improve the current employment assistance policies in Shangyou County,and also played a positive role in the employment assistance work and rural development work in other parts of the country. |
