Research objective: Nowadays,primary school students are in the critical period of growth.The poor body posture and physical health problems of primary school students have become a problem that can not be ignored.Besides,there are relatively few studies on the unhealthy body posture of primary school students at present,so this study intends to adopt a set of body posture rectification exercises to explore whether this fitness method can improve and alleviate the effect.Therefore,we can through this method to improve the unhealthy body posture of primary school students and enhance their physical health.Research Methods: According to the measurement of 255 voluntary pupil’s body posture and physical health in Beijing Experiment Primary School(Haidian district)in 3 and 4 grade,the essay found that there are such problems as high and low shoulder,hunchback,neck forward,pelvic tilt.In this experiment,60 students were divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was carried on 12 weeks’ aerobics of asanas rectification exercise intervention,and the control group underwent the club activities.At the start and end of the experiment,all students were measured and compared with each other on the basic physical condition,body posture and physical quality.Research result:1.Body posture rectificatory aerobics allows the practitioner to correct their poor posture through 12-week practices.The experiment showed that when it came to neck tilt,boys fell 26% and girls 31%,and the neck tilt difference decreased by6.88 mm for boys and 8.72 mm for girls.Boys and girls had a 0.72、0.99 reduction in shoulder tilt,respectively.The shoulder tilt difference decreased by 2.51 mm for boys and 4.42 mm for girls.There was a 2.48 reduction in scapula tilt for men and 1.75 for women.In the scapula tilt difference,boys decreased by 5.61 mm and girls decreased by 4.55 mm.In the Angle of back bending tilt,boys decreased by 0.42 and girls decreased by 1.05.In the Angle of back bending tilt,boys and girls decreased by2.88 mm and 4.94 mm respectivel.In pelvic tilting,the difference between the left and right sides of the pelvis decreased by 36% in boys and by 35 in girls.The forward and backward tilt difference of the pelvis decreased by 28% in male and 20% in female,both of which had a high significant difference(P<0.01).Whereas in terms of the Angle of bending inclination,boys decreased by 0.95 and girls decreased by 0.68.In terms of the difference of bending inclination,boys decreased by 3.05 mm and girls decreased by 3.73mm2.Body posture rectificatory aerobics is good for enhancing primary schools’ students physical health.In terms of flexibility,the experimental group raised the sitting forward bend by 0.86 cm for boys and 1.34 cm for girls.In the control group,male and female students showed a decreasing trend,with a decrease of 1.88 cm for male students and 0.81 cm for female students.In the one-minute sit-ups to show strength,the experimental group improved by 2.66 for boys and 5.07 for girls,with a greater improvement for girls than for boys.As an indicator of agility and coordination,rope skipping in one minute increased for both boys and girls,15 times for boys and 14.07 times for girls.Body posture rectificatory aerobics can improve flexibility sensitivity,coordination endurance and strength.Research conclusion:Body posture rectificatory aerobics is a set of calisthenics specially designed for students with bad body posture and poor physical health.This set of calisthenicsfollo ws the principle of safety and purpose,gradual and flexible,integration and part,mov ement and music.The 12-week body posture rectificatory aerobics can improve the poor physique,especially for the high and low shoulder,hunchback,neck forward,pelvic tilt such as obvious improvement;enhance physical health,mainly for the flexibility of the quality of strength,coordination,sensitive;boost pupil’s public attention towards physique. |
