At present,the goal of sports development in our country is to enter into a powerful sports country,which makes the sustainable development of Chinese competitive sports become an important issue that we must study and solve in the new period.Among them,injury has become an important reason that restricts the improvement of athletic ability and even leads to the end of athletes sports career.In this paper,90 athletes from Chongqing University,Chengdu Institute of physical Education and Zhuzhou Football Base were screened by static posture assessment method.Mathematical statistics and logical analysis are used to study and analyze the results of body posture assessment of athletes in football tennis and gymnastics respectively in order to find out the influence of different sports on athletes body posture.It is found that the main abnormal body posture problems of soccer players are foot arch collapse(90%),pelvis swing problem(90%)and O-leg problem(77%).The main abnormal body posture problems of tennis players were high and low shoulder problem(93%),pelvis swing(87%),neck rotation combined with tilt problem(87%,83%),round shoulder problem(70%)and flat foot problem(67%).The main abnormal body posture problems of gymnastics athletes are flat back problem(93%),flat foot problem(93%),wing shoulder problem(83%)and pelvis tilting combined gyration problem(63%,60%).The main causes of these abnormal body posture are closely related to the special training of various sports items and the characteristics of their own technical movements.The abnormal body posture caused by football,tennis and gymnastics will not only increase the risk of sports injury,but also affect the performance of athletes technical level and the growth and development of athletes.It may even have a certain impact on other aspects of the athletes,such as physiology or psychology.Coaches can add corresponding pre-rehabilitation correction plans to athletes who have abnormal body posture in the warm-up preparation and relaxation activities,and carry out targeted functional training.To restore the normal flexibility and stability of all sports links of athletes,and to pay attention to the all-round development of athletes techniques to prevent the excessive use of single or unilateral technical movements of athletes.
