Purposes: With the continuous development of society,the continuous progress of science and technology,and the emergence of electronic products,people gradually form the habit of sitting more and moving less as well as bad body posture.Research shows that the abnormal rate of body posture of children and adolescents is gradually increasing.Children and adolescents are the foundation of the development of a country,and a strong youth makes a strong country.In China,most studies on children and adolescents’ body posture focus on obesity and myopia,and there are few studies on using physical function training to improve pupils’ bad body posture.This study focuses on promoting and improving children and adolescents’ bad body posture,through the intervention of physical function training and calisthenics training,To explore the influence of physical function training and calisthenics training on pupils’ bad body posture;At the same time,the influence of two different training methods on pupils’ bad body posture was compared to provide theoretical and practical basis for pupils’ body posture correction.Methods: The primary school affiliated to Beijing Jiaotong University was used as the experimental site,and 156 students in the fourth grade of primary school were taken as experimental subjects,using the grid body posture tester to measure the initial screening and pre-evaluation test of the subjects.Based on the images taken,54 subjects were randomly divided into the body function training group,the aerobics group and the control group,and the Posture Screen Mobile software was used to accurately measure the subjects,based on the inducing mechanism of bad body posture,For 8 weeks,4 times a week,40 minutes each intervention,the body function training group combined with the characteristics of children’s growth and development,body function training principle and sports training theory design exercise training program for functional training,aerobics group for aerobics teaching,the control group referred to the "full-time compulsory education physical education and health curriculum standards,the routine primary school physical education training guidance,and during this period all subjects did not participate in the rest of the extracurricular physical education activities,collected before and after the experiment positive view: head tilt,high low shoulder,pelvic tilt;side view: Skull Flexion、Cranio-Vertebral Angle(CVA),pelvic tilt;Back view: the experimental data of head roll,high and low shoulder,pelvic roll were analyzed by SPSS 23.0.Paired sample T test was used to analyze the difference of students’ body posture test angles before and after training.Variance analysis was used to analyze the body posture data of the subjects in the three groups.Results:(1)Before the experiment,there was no significant difference among the groups;Compared in each group before and after the experiment,the body function training in the head tilt,high and low shoulder,pelvic tilt bad posture has significant improvement,head tilt,high and low index in aerobics group,significant improvement in the pelvis tilt indicators no significant changes occurred,the control group,and the index does not appear significant changes before and after the experiment;(2)after the experiment of comparison between each group,positive outlook,function of body training group and control group,aerobics group and control group in the high and low shoulder,aerobics and body function training in the high and low shoulder,pelvic tilt there were significant differences(P < 0.01),indicating that the body function training and could improve the aerobics group,all the bad posture,The improvement effect of body function training is better than aerobics training.From the side view,Skull Flex and CVA of the body function training group and the control group were significantly improved,while pelvic rollover had no significant effect.There were no significant differences in Skull Flex,CVA and pelvic rollover between the aerobics group and the control group.Skull Flex and pelvic rollover of the aerobics group and the body function training group were significantly improved.CVA had no significant effect.From the reverse view,the body function training group and the control group showed significant improvement in the shoulder and head roll,while the head roll had no significant effect.There was no significant difference in the data between the aerobics group and the control group,while the shoulder and pelvis roll were significantly improved in the aerobics group and the body function training group.Conclusions:(1)Body function training has obvious improvement effect on head roll,high and low shoulder,pelvis roll and Skull Flex、CVA in front and back view of children and adolescents,but has no obvious improvement effect on pelvic tilt in side view.Aerobics training only has good effect on the head tilting,high and low shoulder in the poor body posture of primary school students,and the routine physical education teaching has no obvious effect on the correction of bad body posture.(2)Compared with the regular physical education courses,physical function training and aerobics training can improve the poor body posture of primary school students,and the effect of physical function training is more obvious,and physical function training is more suitable as an effective means to improve the bad body posture of primary school students. |
