Body posture is correct cr not, the direct impact on people's physical health and quality of life. As living standard rise, people lifestyle has changed greatly. The physical labor to mental labor transformation has become the development trend of modern society, and the more convenient transportation, people's activity in the unceasing decreases. People almost time is sitting except sleeping, formed the people sedentary lifestyle, mainly caused by bow-backed, agent neck bad body posture, causing cervical spondylosis, lumbago etc of serious health issues. This not only is very common in our country, it is a cosmopolitan health problems, needs to improve consciousness in health, and carries on the corresponding form (posture correction) practice.At present, Body posture exercise is very different between in abroad and in country. Body posture exercise focused more on People's Daily life in abroad, solving the people's physical health problem, formulated the content and method of physical exercises. In our country, body posture exercise most play in the universities and social. Exercise content most is dance, gymnastics, aerobics and so on. But those content is only considering beauty need, ignore the health needs. It has neglected the close relationship between the body posture and body health. To the concept of body posture exercise differs very far in abroad and country, Those teacher have error understanding in body posture exercise. This article through consult massive physique exercises related research achievements and literature, questionnaire research means, in understanding the physique exercises on the basis of basic condition open stance. Focuses on the discussion on relationship of body posture and healthy, analysis of the current problems existing in the physique exercises, and combining with actual, emphatically from the muscle strength exercises, stretching exercises, body correction etc, for the healthy physique exercises exploration, the results showed that:1,Body posture exercises most play in universities and club, but more engaged in physique lesson teacher for dance teacher and calisthenics teachers concurrently, although some professional basis, but the teachers' professional effect, teaching content most are dancing practice, pay attention to beautiful education, ignore body posture and physical health of relationship.2,Physique health closely related People's Daily life, physique exercises should be to People's Daily life needs, formulate physique exercises content and the method to solve to meet in the life attitude, reduce the various problems caused by improper body posture of physical symptoms.3,Posture exercise essence is the muscle practice, health body posture need muscle strength to support, so should be aimed at different body posture made different muscles practice method, but in order to develop student's vision and improve practitioners of enthusiasm, for auxiliary practice by aerobics, dance and so on.4,Body posture exercises have strong practicality, the human body is a very complex whole. Each part of the body is germane to any part of the de-normalize and other parts can be affected, leading to the whole body quality declines. Body posture exercises is mainly thiough various focalized training method to change human bad posture, thereby improving human muscle strength of control, forming the new concept of body posture exercises.
