The elementary school stage is a stage of morphological development. The development of good physical postures of primary school students not only increases the external image of students, but also adds a guarantee for the physical health of students.Early poor posture leads to functional changes in muscle tissue. If not corrected,it may lead to structural changes.Numerous external factors increase the risk of body posture deformity. At the same time, childhood obesity and malnutrition symptoms are also high, which will inevitably affect the health of students and their adulthood. The requirements for body shape during the practice of elementary long boxing are to stand upright and to stand upright. When practicing the exercises, stand up,raise your head, shoulders, and abdomen, and the upper body is in a "cross" shape. It is required to analyze whether elementary long boxing exercises have a positive impact on pupils ’body posture and body composition, provide some reference value for future related research, and also open up new ways for the development of martial arts. This study used the literature method, experimental method, test method and mathematical statistics method,to Beijing Haidian District,Beijing Petroleum College affiliated primary school east school as the experimental base,to screen students with 3 or more kinds of bad body posture as a test object, through the relevant instruments for the physical posture and body composition test.Through the test, the students showed different degrees of poor physical posture, with the appearance of adverse body posture indicators more than 3 times to screen 46 students, randomly divided into experimental groups and control groups, each group of 23 students.Statistical analysis of body posture and body composition indicators was carried out by students who were taught in a 16-week period of experimental instruction and regular physical education. After 4 months of junior long boxing intervention, from the basic situation, the height growth value of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the increase in body weight was lower than that of the control group. In terms of body composition, the body fat mass and percentage of fat in the experimental group are lower than those in the control group. After testing, there is a significant difference(P <0.01).The lean body mass in the experimental group is higher than that in the control group, but there is no difference. There is no difference in total body water between the experimental group and the control group, but the bone mineral and protein experimental group is higher than the control group, and there is a significant difference from the control group(P <0.01).The height, shoulder, pelvic tilt, neck extension, pelvic back tilt, and ankle valgus of the experimental group were all improved and were statistically significant(P <0.01).In the control group, there were negative developments in shoulder height, neck extension, pelvic tilt, pelvic forward tilt, and ankle valgus, but they were not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Through the analysis of the experimental results, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The reasonable training of junior long fists can make students’ height further grow on the basis of natural growth, effectively control weight gain and avoid the occurrence of obesity.(2)The reasonable training of primary long fist can effectively improve the body fat amount and fat percentage of primary school students, and increase the muscle content, bone minerals and protein content in the students, thus promoting the growth and development of students.(3)The reasonable training of junior long fists can effectively improve the poor body posture of high and low shoulders,pre-neck extension, pelvic tilt, ankle roll, and maintain the healthy development of the body.
