Objective: In this paper,the performance evaluation of the martial arts community students’ Sports in the high participation program of Huoying primary school who accept the government’s purchase of sports services is carried out.The research is divided into two steps: first,whether the martial arts community courses of Huoying primary school can improve the physical and mental health of primary school students compared with the traditional courses;second,on the basis of improving the physical and mental health of students,This paper evaluates and analyzes the students’ sports performance of martial arts associations who accept the purchase service.Method: In this study,eight martial arts students in Huoying primary school were selected by experiment method and TOPSIS evaluation method.Each group had 20 students,and the control group had 20 students who didn’t accept traditional courses.Through the analysis of the pre-test and post test data of the experiment,to test the influence of the purchase of sports service mode on the physical and mental health of students.If the course mode of purchasing physical education has an impact on the physical and mental health of students,TOPSIS method is applied to evaluate the physical performance of students in the eight Wushu societies that purchase physical education services.Results: In the aspect of students’ physical health: compared with the traditional courses,the martial arts community courses of Huoying primary school,which accept the government’s purchase of sports services,can improve the students’ physical form,but there is no significant difference.As a whole,the martial arts community courses of Huoying primary school can significantly improve students’ physical function and physical quality.In the aspect of students’ mental health: the martial arts association course of Huoying primary school,which is purchased by the government,can significantly improve the students’ mental health as a whole.Through the evaluation of the students’ sports performance of the martial arts association course in Huoying primary school,which received the government’s purchase of sports education services,it is found that the students’ sports performance ranking of the eight associations is in the order of routine,dragon dance,lion dance,diabolo,soft ball,push hand,health preservation and short soldier.Conclusion: The results show that in the aspect of students’ physical health: the martial arts community course of Huoying primary school,which receives the government’s purchase service,can improve students’ physical form,but the effect is not significant,and can significantly improve students’ physical function and physical quality;in the aspect of students’ mental health: the martial arts community course of Huoying primary school,which receives the government’s purchase service,can significantly improve students’ learning as a whole Mental health of students.The experimental results show that the martial arts community courses of Huoying primary school,which accept the government’s purchase of sports services,can significantly improve the physical and mental health of students,help guide the development of youth sports,and help the youth sports revitalization.The project schools that accept the purchase of sports services should see the changes of students and the improvement of their physical and mental health.This kind of evaluation model can be popularized,applied to the analysis and evaluation of the performance of purchasing sports services,ranking the performance results,promoting the improvement of teaching efficiency and low effect projects,and establishing a sound supervision mechanism.It can provide theoretical reference for the establishment of procedural and diversified evaluation methods and practical basis for the development of similar projects in other cities. |
