A Research On The Evaluation Of Government Purchase Of Empty Nest Elderly Care Project Based On CIPP Evaluation Model

In the face of China’s aging population,China has been actively exploring ways to deal with the aging population.At present,a social pension service system with Chinese characteristics has been formed.Based on this series of measures,China’s elderly care industry has promoted the development of community-based and home-based elderly care industry.Therefore,a more perfect pension service evaluation system is needed to improve the specialization and standardization level of pension service industry.As an important dimension of specialization and standardization,social work project evaluation research has become an important link to improve the government’s purchase of social work service system and promote the development of social work evaluation.Based on the theoretical basis of CIPP evaluation model,this study conducted an internal evaluation of Aixin filling in the blank-empty nest elderly care project purchased by the government.The specific content of the project evaluation is divided into four aspects:background,input,process and result evaluation.Through the comprehensive evaluation of the specific content of its service project,we can understand the rationality and scientificity of the implementation of the whole service project,How to achieve the expected objectives of the project,whether the actual service objectives and service objectives of the project are reasonable,and whether the feedback of the project implementation and service objectives are reasonable.After the comprehensive evaluation of the empty nest elderly care project in this study,the overall operation of the project is good,and the expected project objectives are exceeded.However,there are also problems such as insufficient investment in the early stage of service and imperfect demand assessment.In order to improve the service quality of elderly care service projects,this study puts forward four scientific and reasonable suggestions for the deficiencies of project undertakers and buyers.
