A large numbers of China's big cities such as Shenzhen,Guangzhou,Hangzhou have tried the government purchase of social work service projects,government purchase of social work service projects is an innovative model of social work service supply mode,it not only improves the work efficiency of the government,so that the service provider directly into service management.It is also give full play to the professional social organization,the public to meet the diverse service requirements,a project to upgrade the quality of service.However,due to the government purchase of social work services is still in the exploratory stage,there are many problems in the project service practice.Therefore,the evaluation on government purchase of social work service projects,become an effective means to monitor the project process and ensure the progress of the project smoothly.The evaluation on the government purchase of social work service projects,is a powerful way to guarantee the performance and legitimacy of the government purchase of social work service projects.The author participate in the whole evaluation process of the Welfare Lottery Purchase of Social Work Service Projects of J Province in 2015.Including the data collection stage before evaluation,preparation stage before evaluation,on-site evaluation implementation stage,report writing after the evaluation and feedback of the results,then the author have a systematic understanding of social work.This paper takes the Welfare Lottery Purchase of Social Work Service Projects of J Province in 2015 as the object of study,through participate in the evaluation of J Association of Social Work,and through undertake tracking interviews with the project three parties,undertake field evaluation and data evaluation of the project,collecting first-hand information,analysis the process of evaluation of government purchase of social work service projects,discuss the role of evaluation in the government purchase of social work service projects,combing the dilemma in the process of evaluation.And then put forward the path to promote the development of the government purchase of social work service projects,to assess the interactive relationship between the government and the social service organizations,the long-term mechanism of governancecollaborative innovation of social services.
