Objective: By comparing the differences of candidate loci between excellent wrestling,judo athletes and ordinary people,the relationship between excellent wrestling,judo athletes and explosive force gene polymorphism loci was studied.Methods: The sites related to explosive power quality identified as candidate gene locus by literature retrieval.59 outstanding Han Chinese wrestlers,54 outstanding Han Judo athletes,and 180 ordinary Han university students of Beijing Sport University were selected as the research objects of this experiment.59 outstanding Han wrestlers were assigned to the W group,and 54 outstanding Han judo athletes were Group J,180 Han University of Beijing Sports University.A disposable oral swab was used to extract oral exfoliated cells from the subject,a DNA sample was collected,and DNA was extracted according to the steps in the oral kit.The SNa P shot technique was used to perform SNP typing on the subjects’ explosive power loci.Groups W and J were compared with group C,and the comparison between the candidate gene loci and the allele distribution between the SNP genotypes was analyzed.Screen out the explosive power gene loci associated with excellent wrestling and judo athletes,and then determine the dominant genotype the genotyping results of each group were tested by Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium test.When P>0.05,the genotypic distribution was in accordance with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium law.The genotype and allele distribution data of each group were tested by chi-square test,and P <0.05 was defined as the difference in genotype and allele distribution between the two groups was statistically significant.The selected positive gene loci combined with the genotyping data of the elite athlete group,and the chi-square test was used to calculate the odds ratio of each genotype to determine the dominant genotype of each positive gene locus.Results:(1)The genotypic distribution of ACTN3 gene rs1815739;ADR gene rs4994;CNTFR gene rs3808871,rs41274853;PPAR α gene rs4253778;VDR gene rs7975232,rs2228570,ACE gene rs1799752 in each group was in accordance with HardyWeinberg equilibrium test(P>0.05).(2)The genotypic distribution and allelic distribution of rs1815739 locus and CNTFR gene rs41274853 locus of ACTN3 gene were statistically significant between excellent judo athletes and ordinary people(P<0.01).(3)The genotypic distribution and allelic distribution of rs2228570 locus of VDR gene were statistically significant between elite wrestlers and ordinary people(P<0.05).(4)At the rs1815739 site of ACTN3 gene,the difference between CC genotype and other genotypes was statistically significant(P<0.05);At the rs41274853 of CNTFR gene,the difference between GG genotypes and other genotypes was statistically significant(P<0.05);At the rs2228570 locus of VDR gene,the difference between CC genotype and other genotypes was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)ACTN3 gene rs1815739 and CNTFR gene rs41274853 locus are associated with the explosive power of Chinese excellent judo athletes.Among excellent judo athletes,CC and GG genotype can be used as dominant genotype.(2)VDR gene rs2228570 locus is associated with the explosive power of Chinese elite wrestlers.Among elite wrestlers,CC genotypes can be used as dominant genotypes.
