Abstract/Summary:
Research background: Resistance training is an effective exercise intervention measure to enhance explosive power. However, the effect of intervention shows large individual differences, which are partly determined by genetics. Therefore,it is particularly important to find genetic markers that are sensitive to the effect of resistance training to improve explosive power and to use them in the formulation of personalized exercise and fitness guidance programs.Research purpose: To analyze the influence of resistance training intervention on the effect of resistance training to improve the explosive power of rs2381163 and rs4879805 of the CNTFR gene, and to screen out the gene markers that are sensitive to resistance training to improve the explosive power.Research method: Selected 190 domestic ordinary people who have not been systematically trained for the past three months, aged 18-30 years old,and no exercise contraindications, they were subjected to 12-week squat and bench press resistance training intervention.Resistance training program: 10 times*5 groups*70% 1RM,2minutes interval between groups,2 times a week. Before the intervention, the subjects were required to do squats and bench press for 1 week. Before and after the experiment, test isokinetic pedaling muscle strength, squat bench press 1RM and CMJ and other indicators.Peripheral venous blood was collected,DNA was extracted, and the polymorphisms at rs2381163 and rs4879805 of CNTFR gene were typed.Analyze the correlation between the polymorphism of the selected gene locus and the effect of resistance training to improve explosive power.SPSS20.0 used paired sample T test to analyze the changes of various indicators before and after the experiment in the group, independent sample T test and one-way ANOVA(One-way ANOVA)were used to analyze whether the differences of various indicators between the groups before the experiment were statistically significant.Research results:(1)After 12 weeks of resistance training, peak constant velocity flexion force, peak constant velocity extension force, maximum constant velocity flexion work, maximum constant velocity extension work, squat bench press 1RM,vertical jump maximum height and relative maximum power, etc. There are extremely significant differences in various indicators(P < 0.001),there are very significant differences in flexion power and extension power(P<0.01),and there is no significant difference between the total work of constant bending and the total work of constant extension(P>0.05);(2)The explosive effect of GG genotype at rs2381163 of CNTFR gene is higher than that of AG genotype;(3)The explosive effect of GG genotype at rs4879805 locus of CNTFR gene is higher than that of AG genotype, and the explosive effect of AG genotype is higher than that of AA genotype.Research conclusions:(1)The rs2381163 locus and rs4879805 locus of the CNTFR gene are associated with the sensitivity of 70% moderate-intensity resistance training to improve explosive power.(2)The G alleles at rs2381163 and rs4879805 can be used as genetic molecular markers to develop moderate-load(70% 1RM)resistance training for Han adults in my country to increase their explosive power.
