Research On The Effect Evaluation Of Rural Residential Health Environment Improvement

The improvement of rural residential health environment is a special action aimed at further improving the overall level of rural residential health environment and building a healthy countryside.It is also an important task for China to implement the Rural Revitalization Strategy.After two years of improvement of rural residential health environment,some achievements have been made.However,the current remediation mode on rural residential health environment is relatively single,and the problems such as difficult road,toilet,dirty environment,poor village appearance,backward basic public services,and relatively backward scientific and technological research and development are still relatively prominent.Based on previous studies,combined with public welfare theory,scientific theory of human settlements and the reality of rural areas in China,the research is carried out from macro and micro perspectives.The research mainly adopts the methods of literature analysis,multi method group synthesis,normative research and empirical research.Firstly,from the two aspects of hard environment and soft environment of rural residential health environment,the research constructs the evaluation index system of rural residential health environment improvement effect,which includes the level of economic development,ecological and living environment,culture and education technology,and health level.Entropy method,principal component analysis method,coupling coordination degree are used to comprehensively evaluate the improvement effect of rural residential health environment in China.The research analyzes the temporal and spatial differentiation of the effect of rural residential health environment improvement in China,and puts forward the differentiation remediation strategy of rural residential health environment improvement;Secondly,through in-depth field research in Jiangsu Province,from the perspective of farmers,the research analyzes the overall evaluation of the effect of rural residential health environment remediation;finally,based on the above analysis,the research puts forward the policy suggestions to further improve the effect of rural residential health environment improvement.The innovation is to build a set of index system for the effect evaluation of rural residential health environment improvement,and carry out comprehensive evaluation.The main research conclusions are summarized as follows: first,the analysis of the effect of rural residential health environment improvement in China shows that,overall,the effect of rural residential health environment improvement is obvious,but there are strong regional differences,and the regional gap is further expanded;there is a situation of uncoordinated economic development and rural residential health environment.Second,based on the field survey of farmers in Jiangsu Province,the results show that the farmers’ evaluation of the current rural residential health environment is generally general,with an average satisfaction of 3.12,slightly higher than the general satisfaction;we should focus on greening,domestic sewage,cultural and entertainment activities,and the work and service of village committees which play important roles in improving the effect of rural residential health environment improvement.
