At present,with the strong support of national policy,the facility and infrastructure conditions of elderly care services have been improved day by day,however,the low quality,non professionalization and instability of nursing care employees has seriously affect elderly care development along with a healthy way.As a leading team in the elderly care service busyness,nursing staff provide daily life care and service for the elderly.Their professional quality and skills will directly influence the elderly’s daily life,also the management efficiency of the nursing care institution.This paper,through on spot investigation on the managers of the nursing institutions,the being served elderly and the nursing staff themselves in C City,and the questionnaire and in-depth interview on the current situation of nursing care staffs professional concept,professional ethics,professional attitude,professional skills and professional image,so as to understand those Professionalism dilemma and challenges they are facing,analyzes the root causes by applying social identity theory.This paper analyzed in depth the occupational psychological difficulties of the nursing staff caused by cultural identity,the occupational economic difficulties caused by the imperfect social pension security system and the low income of the employees due to the system identity,and the career development difficulties caused by the lack of formal training of the nursing staff.This paper believes that the lack of social identity of the nursing care employees,resulting in a crisis of professional identity,so that they can’t engage in the nursing care busyness with peace of mind,the nursing care staff’s mobility is serious,and the professionalization process of the nursing care busyness is very slow.In view of the above challenges,this paper provides basic information and guidance for the government and nursing care institutions to promote their nursing care professionalization development,seeks the professionalization path for nursing care employees.Summarizes the current status and professional requirements of nursing care employees,standardizes their behavior and improve their professional literacy,promotes the professional development of the nursing care busyness.Improve nursing care staff’s professional capability and job stability,thereby improve their professionalization level,and then promoting the sustainable and healthy development of the nursing care busyness under the background of population aging.
