| Community workers take the grassroots community as the basic service area and provide various public services(cooperative governance)and other public services to the people in the area. The professional identity of their own work not only affects their own career development, but also It affects the effectiveness of national grassroots governance. This paper takes Y County,Nanchang City,Jiangxi Province as an example, and combines the data and information provided by Y County Civil Affairs Bureau to understand the status quo of the professional identity of community workers under the current social background. There are prominent problems such as the lack of professional value identity, the low level of professional emotional identity, the diversity of professional behavior tendencies, and the large gap between professional expectations and reality.Through the analysis of the social environment, organization, and individual factors that affect the professional identity of community workers,it is found that: the degree of interpersonal relationship and cooperation with the masses has a greater impact on the professional identity of community workers;the effect of training has a great impact on the professional identity of community workers There is a significant impact;gender factors and working years have a greater impact on community workers’ value identification and emotional identification. The specific performance is that the identification of women is higher than that of men,and the identification of good interpersonal relationships among community workers is higher.More standardized training that gives community workers more guidance on their career development will also allow community workers to have a higher degree of recognition of their own work, and the masses will be more cooperative in their work, which will also increase community workers’ recognition of themselves. However, according to the survey, the salary level and working environment that we usually think of in our consciousness have little impact on community workers’ recognition. The main reason is that community workers’ professional recognition mainly comes from their own recognition of their work. The recognition of their identities with the outside world, such as the people they serve, the higher-level government departments that directly guide the work, and interpersonal relationships, training effects, and public recognition are the external recognition of community workers and whether they can establish themselves.A key factor in job identity. Therefore, the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the three levels of society, organization and individual, mainly including: promoting autonomous management and enhancing mass participation;integrating social forces and resources;establishing a systematic training system;reducing the administrative burden;strengthening honor incentives;Personal quality;strengthen psychological adjustment ability to adapt to new job requirements, etc. These measures will help to improve the professional identity of community workers, thereby improving the effectiveness of community governance. |
