| A large number of female community workers are active in the community,and they promote the development of community work with their own unique advantages.Most women are delicate in mind,strong in communication and coordination,and have the spirit of dedication.These advantages can promote the smooth progress of community work.Due to the complexity of community work,female community workers not only need to grasp the guidelines and policies of the Party and the government in time,but also need to adjust the work content and methods according to the diverse living needs of community residents,so as to provide convenient and intimate services for community residents.A good sense of professional identity can enable people to obtain and have a positive and healthy mental state,relieve work pressure,easier to obtain better job satisfaction,and ultimately enhance their self-confidence and sense of responsibility for community work.Therefore,this study uses literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview to study the professional identity of female community workers.The research ideas are as follows:The first part is the introduction.This part mainly expounds the research background,research objectives,research significance and research methods.The second part uses literature analysis to sort out and summarize the existing researches at home and abroad,which lays the foundation for the follow-up research.The core concepts of identity,professional identity and community worker are defined,and relevant supporting theories of female community worker’s professional identity research are elaborated.Lifelong education theory,social identity theory and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory are adopted.In the third part,questionnaire and interview outline are designed and implemented on the basis of consulting relevant literature.In this part,data analysis software SPSS25.0 is used to sort out the survey results of professional identity of female community workers in Nanchang City,Jiangxi Province.This paper probes into the status quo of female community workers’ occupational identity from six aspects: occupational cognition,occupational emotion,occupational behavior tendency,occupational prospect identity,family support degree and social support degree.The survey results showed that the overall level of professional identity of female community workers was low.Through the analysis of influencing factors of female community workers’ professional identity,it is verified that age,educational background,working age,education level,entry channel and salary level have significant influence on the overall situation of female community workers’ professional identity,while marital status has no significant influence on female community workers’ professional identity.The fourth part analyzes the reasons for the low professional identity of female community workers from the aspects of personal factors and external factors.Female community workers have many problems,such as complex motivation,high occupational labor intensity,low professional degree,difficult career promotion,low occupational welfare benefits,low social support and family support.The fifth part,based on the analysis of scale and interview results,proposes strategies and suggestions for improving the professional identity of female community workers from the aspects of female community workers themselves,family,organization and society.The suggestions of this study include the following four aspects: improving the professional quality of female community workers,optimizing the organizational environment of female community workers’ professional identity,enhancing the social support of female community workers’ professional identity,and improving the family support atmosphere of female community workers.In addition,this study also summarized and reflected,and analyzed the shortcomings of the study,in order to further modify and improve in the future research. |
