Study On The Occupational Identity Of The Sanitation Workers In Jiangling County

Environmental sanitation workers, as an important component of social development, are the main force in maintaining urban cleanliness. With the continuous progress of society, the demand for professional identity of environmental sanitation workers is more and more intense,which forces all society to face the contribution of environmental sanitation workers to urban development. As the Jiangling County of Jingzhou, how to complete its own professional identity needs for the sanitation workers here is my key research issues. The main purpose of this paper is the study of the Jiangling county sanitation workers occupation identity work is not ideal, the policy implementation of the occupation and the future development needs of the sanitation workers do not match, resulting in a large number of sanitation workers slack work,team spirit of sanitation workers. Through the establishment of a more effective and reasonable positive sanitation workers security system, stimulate the development of internal demand of the sanitation workers, sanitation workers to improve the comprehensive ability and personal qualities, to achieve a win-win situation of sanitation workers and the public.This research is based on Jiangling County of Jingzhou city sanitation workers’occupation identity needs, in the preliminary investigation and research, to collect the sanitation workers in the occupation identity needs through the questionnaire survey, the main demand is, first, the relative lack of sanitation workers occupation identity concept;second, occupation skill training and lack of effectiveness and pertinence; third, the sanitation workers welfare policy is not perfect; fourth, the work of sanitation workers lack of scientific and reasonable arrangement; fifth, the lack of effective evaluation mechanism of sanitation workers occupation identity; finally,the reasons from three aspects of government, society and individual analysis of effect of sanitation workers occupation identity.By referring to the domestic outstanding nurses, teachers and other professions experience occupation identity, based on the questionnaire survey of Jiangling county sanitation workers occupation identity development requirements, combined with the actual situation puts forward countermeasures on how to improve the occupation identity of Jiangling county sanitation workers and suggestions.
