With the increasing trend of aging in the world,various countries have paid more attention to the problem of pension,and the different theories of the old age,the mode of the old age have also been paid attention to and studied by all the scholars.With the development of social and economic,medical and health care and old-age security are gradually improved,and the average life span of people is gradually extended.The research on pension problems,such as the general trend of the world,has generally received the attention of the government and the scholars from all walks of life.In the pension problem,the community also attaches more importance to providing services for the elderly.Broadly speaking,these services come from all kinds of pension institutions,while the most direct service providers are elderly caregiver in the institutions.They are a group of people who directly face the elderly everyday.They provide daily care and spiritual care for the elderly.It is precisely because of this special identity,they become an important service team in the pension institutions,but also have a great impact on the overall quality of pension work.However,as far as China’s current situation is concerned,the recognition of caregiver from all walks of life is low.Problems such as professional professionalism and brain drain of caregiver are serious.These phenomena have bad effects on the services provided by the pension institutions,and are also not conducive to the optimization and improvement of the pension industry.Therefore,the author pays more attention to the related research of caregiver,especially the research on their professional identity is the focus of my attention.The method of qualitative research is used in this study.Through a case study,taking the L pension institution in Ji’nan as an example,this paper makes a deep interview to the caregiver in the elderly.It is understood from the aspects of career selection,professional experience,career evaluation,professional value cognition,professional needs and professional identity.At the same time,the external also from work conditions such as work environment and professional skills training,remuneration,work intensity and so on.From the inside and outside circumstances,deep understanding of nursing professional related issues.Through the study,it was found that the caregiver had a strong work intensity and a strong sense of enrichment,but the pay treatment was general;the work attitude was positive,but the sense of self-esteem was generally not high,occasionally there was job burnout;the public was generally low on the sense of professional identity,and the nurses knew the job prospects well,but the reality needs to be improved.From the viewpoint of humanism,the author focuses on the situation and value of the nurses,respects their views and opinions,and understands their real needs,and tries to solve the problems found by the professional angle of social workers.In particular,based on the values of research object,standing on the position of caregiver,put forward suggestions to enhance professional identity.From the government policy support,the guidance of public opinion,the improvement of the welfare benefits of the pension institutions and the education,the professional identity of the nurses is strengthened,and the interests of these groups are paid more attention to so as to further improve the service for the elderly.Through the efforts of all parties,we will make the construction of the elderly caregiver more perfect,and the development of the pension industry will be more positive and stable.
