| In order to solve the problems of imbalanced urban and rural development and insufficient rural social development in my country,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed a rural revitalization strategy,and in 2018 the Central Document No.1 fully elaborated the significance of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.On February 25,2021,with my country’s overall victory in the fight against poverty,how to avoid poverty and effective governance in rural areas has become an urgent problem that needs to be resolved.This article takes Z Town,H County,Hubei Province as a case analysis object,and rural revitalization strategy as the research background.Focusing on rural governance issues from the perspective of the five major revitalizations,analyzing the causes of the problems,and proposing targeted governance countermeasures,with a view to perfecting the rural governance system and enhancing rural governance capabilities.This article consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly includes the research background of this article,research significance,research status at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,and innovations;the second part is rural governance from the perspective of rural revitalization strategy.Rural governance and other related concepts are introduced,the historical evolution process is explained,and the effect of implementing the rural revitalization strategy on rural governance is analyzed from the five perspectives of revitalization;the third part is a case analysis part,which is based on the Z town in H County,Hubei Province As a typical case,it explores the current situation and predicaments of rural governance under the background of rural revitalization strategy from the aspects of industry,talents,rural cultural construction and grassroots organization construction,and researches and summarizes the reasons for the dilemma of rural governance in Z Town,H County;Fourth Partially,based on the analysis of the case of Z Town in H County,the countermeasures for rural governance under the background of the rural revitalization strategy are put forward,mainly from consolidating the economic foundation of rural governance,improving the rural governance talent support system,stimulating the cultural vitality of rural governance,and improving the rural ecological environment.The five aspects of governance,strengthening the guarantee of rural governance organization,improve the rural governance system,and improve the rural governance capabilities;the last part is a summary of the full text,and prospects for the phased results of rural governance in 2035 and 2050. |
