| Rural revitalization,governance is fundamental.At present,China’s rural governance is facing many problems.This thesis takes the village-level collective economy as a breakthrough to solve the problem of rural governance,and studies the impact of the development of village-level collective economy on Rural Governance in Wujin District.In the process of rural governance,Wujin District is worth learning from is to adhere to the road of rural intensification and agricultural industrialization to develop the village-level collective economy,so as to promote rural governance.The development of Wujin village collective economy has played a positive role in rural governance,such as increasing farmers’ income,fair distribution,equalization of public services,grassroots democracy,rural political power pattern and rural social management.However,the problems in the development of village-level collective economy in Wujin District also restrict the innovation of village governance ability and governance structure.The reasons for this restriction are the lack of self-development of village-level collective economy in Wujin District,the unsmooth rural political relations,the imperfect mechanism of village-level collective economic organizations participating in rural governance,the absence of government functions and the weak participation consciousness of farmers themselves.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the self-development and organization construction of village-level collective economy,change government functions,straighten out rural political relations,improve the mechanism of farmers and village-level collective economic organizations participating in governance,and explore the establishment of rural governance model with multiple governance subjects,so as to make the development of village-level collective economy better serve rural governance.There are 15 pictures,6 tables and 50 references in this article. |
