Study On The Grass-Roots Social Governance Of Fushan Village In ZiBo City Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The rural revitalization strategy is an important strategic policy guiding rural development in my country under the new historical conditions.Since then,a large number of policies that benefit farmers have been gradually introduced and put into practice.Supportive policies such as rural education and rural basic health care have brought new opportunities for the development of rural grass-roots social governance.However,with the rapid change and development of my country’s social environment,rural grass-roots social governance is also facing new situations and new problems,such as brain drain,lack of motivation for rural development,etc.These problems hinder rural grass-roots social governance to a large extent.benign development.Therefore,in order to better promote the rural grass-roots social governance,it is necessary to focus on the overall situation,focus on the grass-roots,and systematically promote it in the governance process,and create a sustainable and good rural grass-roots social governance environment with steady and steady progress in rural grass-roots social governance.Based on Gerry Stoker’s theory,this paper adopts the method of literature research,questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview to investigate the development status of grass-roots social governance in Fushan Village,including the status of the main body of grass-roots social governance in Fushan Village,The current situation of grass-roots social governance content and the current situation of grass-roots social governance mechanism in Fushan Village.From this,it can be concluded that there are insufficient grass-roots social governance concepts in the process of grass-roots social governance in Fushan Village,the construction of party members and cadres needs to be strengthened,and the grass-roots social governance work has formalism and rural grass-roots.Weakness of social governance and other issues.On this basis,it analyzes the reasons for the problems in the grass-roots social governance in Fushan Village,which mainly include the single main body of rural grass-roots social governance,the problem of blurred boundaries and responsibilities in the process of rural grass-roots social governance,the lack of consultation and cooperation among the main bodies of rural grass-roots social governance,the rural grass-roots social governance has not yet formed autonomous self-governance and the working methods of rural grass-roots social governance lack innovation.Finally,based on the actual situation of grass-roots social governance in Fushan Village,suggestions for future improvement are put forward,including cultivating multiple subjects of rural grass-roots social governance,clarifying the boundaries and responsibilities between rural grass-roots social governance subjects,and strengthening consultation among rural grass-roots social governance subjects.Cooperation,building an autonomous network of rural grassroots social governance and exploring new methods of rural grassroots social governance hope to provide useful reference for future grassroots social governance in Fushan Village.
