| The strategy of rural vitalization was proposed for the first time by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in October18,2017,which is the necessary and important strategic initiatives to solve the issues of agriculture,rural areas,and rural people.And also it is the crucial strategic decision to promote the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,and to promote the development of rural area’s political,economic,cultural,social and ecological.Renovating the rural living environment is the specific action for putting an effort into the rural revitalization strategy,and the main ways for promoting a rural society with harmonious civilization,as well as promoting the realization of the goal of building a moderately prosperous society.This paper is focused on pushing the rural living environment renovation,on the basis of theoretical analysis and investigation to understand Ao Han Banners’ rural actual development situation.The paper analyses the existing problems and origin reasons in the progress of renovating the rural living environment in Ao Han Banner,meanwhile,on the basis of a full understanding on Ao Han Banner’s current situation of rural development and its own features,by learning from home and abroad excellent experience on the rural living environment renovation,this paper puts forward the feasible construction on renovating Ao Han Banner’s rural living environment:combining government leading force and rural resident’s subjectivity;setting up scientific rural planning mechanism;improving the ability and level of grassroots governance;strengthening the construction of public infrastructure as well as the protection of ecological environment to conduct the regional sustainable development.This paper provides the theory instruction for renovating the rural living environment and conducting the rural revitalization strategy to promote Ao Han Banner’s rural residents living environment renovation make new development and new progress,and build a rich,clean,beautiful and harmonious countryside,and promote Ao Han crowds’ sense of happiness and satisfaction. |
