At present,the great changes that have not happened in the world in a century are accelerating the evolution,and the task of domestic reform,development and stability is arduous.To achieve high-quality development and build a modern power,we must deepen the reform of the administrative system and build a service-oriented government.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that it is necessary to deepen the reform of the institutional and administrative system,form a scientific and reasonable management system,transform the functions of the government,and further enhance the credibility and executive power of the government,so as to build a service-oriented government satisfactory to the people.At present,if the government wants to realize the modernization of the governance system and governance ability,and better consolidate the ruling position,it must build a civil servant team that is loyal to the party,has strict discipline,is clean and honest,and has a good style of work.As the foundation of social governance,the ability level and status of township civil servants are directly related to the smooth completion of the work,the well-being of the masses and the effect of national governance,as well as the image of the government.With the deepening of the reform of the administrative system,the township work tasks and working methods need to be adjusted accordingly.The township government undertakes the major work of maintaining stability,demolition,environmental improvement,and other major tasks.At the same time,all kinds of emergencies occur frequently,leading to a lot of maladjustment and increasing pressure on township civil servants.The specific performance is low mood,physical and mental fatigue,at a loss,psychological problems and so on.To improve the efficiency of government work and build a service-oriented government,we must attach great importance to the work pressure of township civil servants.Through consulting and combing the relevant theories of stress management,I understand the concepts of stress,work stress and stressors.Based on the above theories,I further analyze the causes of work stress from the environmental,organizational and individual levels,including cultural constraints and public opinion orientation,poor system and work characteristics,cognitive bias and individual differences.This paper selects some township civil servants in Wudi County of Binzhou City as the survey object,collects data related to work pressure by means of interview and questionnaire survey,analyzes the work pressure of township civil servants in Wudi County on the basis of data collation,and understands that township civil servants are generally facing greater pressure,and concludes that the sources of work pressure mainly focus on life pressure and work pressure It also provides empirical analysis for further improving the work stress management of township civil servants.On the basis of the previous theoretical and empirical analysis,this paper puts forward countermeasures for the work pressure management of township civil servants from the three levels of environment,organization and individual,such as creating a "soft" environment for township organizations,improving the training,salary,assessment and promotion system of township civil servants,and strengthening self correct cognition.I hope this paper can help township civil servants relieve or eliminate work pressure,and then improve work efficiency.In the process of personal improvement,it can better promote the construction of service-oriented government and enhance government credibility.
