With the rapid development of our social economy and the transformation of the functions of the government, in order to adapt to the development of the government,departments must reform, civil servants must pass the examination competition, employment situation is more and more fierce. In this competitive environment, society and the public on the work of civil servants is becoming more and more demanding, and work pressure problem has caused widespread concern.Job stress has been the hot issues of the academic research, different scholars from different perspectives research work pressure, which studies of work pressure source is more extensive, there are a lot of research at home and abroad, such as teachers, staff, employees civil servants. Only a few studies about minority female civil servants. Minority female civil servants is one of the special group in the civil servants, with the fierce competition, they will encounter in many work pressure, only to find their work pressure sources and the characteristics of the work pressure sources, that can be proposed targeted work pressure management countermeasures, so as to improve the work efficiency, promote the development of ethnic minority areas economy and society.In this paper, using literature analysis method, interview method, questionnaire survey method, analyzing of the minority female civil servants’work pressure source. On the foundation of current research, analyzing of the minority female civil servants’ potential work pressure source, through empirical investigation to find out the minority female civil servants’work pressure source and their characteristics. The research mainly includes five parts, the first chapter is about the theory of work pressure, lay a theoretical foundation for the research; The second chapter through the interview and literature research, analyzing of the minority female civil servants’potential work pressure sources; The third chapter is the research design, included questionnaire design and pretest questionnaire, through the pretest questionnaire delete does not conform to the topic item, in order to improve the accuracy of the empirical research; The fourth chapter is the empirical research part, this part mainly use SPSS 17.0 analyze data, analyzed and discussed the empirical research results; The fifth chapter is the work pressure management countermeasures, according to the results of data analysis, from the individual level and organizational level to proposed targeted work pressure management countermeasure.
