At present, some domestic investigation shows that the young civil servants’ pressure condition in our country is of particular concern, which becomes more and more common. This situation has affected the individual’s physical and mental health and organizational work efficiency. However, there is no deep research on the work pressure of young civil servants, and it has not been formed a set of mature and effective management theory and methods.In order to release the work pressure of young civil servants, to maintain physical and mental health, to ensure the efficiency of the administrative organization, this paper takes the ZZ City Administration For Industry & Commerce(AIC) young civil servants as the investigation group, researching and analyzing work pressure, pressure sources. Then put forward a preliminary solution combined with the actual situation from organizational and individual level.The first chapter briefly introduces the background, significance and the research status of the research, explains the concept of civil servants, work pressure, pressure source and pressure management, expounds the contents and methods.Second chapter states present situation of the work pressure of young civil servants in the ZZ City AIC. First, the paper introduces the organization setting, main responsibilities and faculty status of ZZ City AIC. Then according to the purpose of this study, questionnaire surveys with face to face interviews are designed. Finally we collect several aspects of working pressure, working pressure sources, expectation of improving organization and self-evaluationThird chapter writes about the analysis of young civil servants working pressure source of ZZ City AIC. According to the survey results, the main factors that affect the level of job stress of young civil servants are concluded.Fourth chapter summarizes the young civil servants of ZZ City AIC work pressure management strategy. Combined with the actual situation, from the organizational level and individual level the paper respectively put forward relevant measures for young civil servants working pressure management.Fifth chapter Summarizes the research and put forward the suggestion of further research.
