Civil servants are not only the main body responsible for promoting the unified implementation of my country’s economic policies and laws,bbut also the direct executive agency of local government.Civil servant account for more than60% of the total in country.Grassroots cadres are not only front-line practitioners of our country’s policies and regulations,but also a bridge directly linking the people.Difficulties and other factors can easily cause our grass-roots cadres to have relatively large work resistance in their work,and when the individual feels that the external load is too heavy and the individual cannot relieve their own pressure burden,the individual is prone to psychological burnout.Entering the work will reduce the work efficiency of grass-roots cadres.The main responsibility of the grass-roots civil servants is to face the people on the front line,They are the executors of government executive agencies and the main body of government services.Their words and deeds represent the image of the ruling government.Therefore,paying attention to thmetal health of civil servants and reducing the work pressure is important,and stimulate the civil servants at the graass-roots level to take active actions.The survey samples in this paper are from township cadres in the editing process in J County,Chengdu.The author collects the sample data of grass-roots officials through emails,on-site paper questionnaires and on-site interviews,consults a large number of documents,and discusses with colleagues to study the impact of grass-roots officials.Exploratory research using stratified sampling.Empirical research based on stratified sampling shows that the main stressors of grass-roots civil servants in J County are analyzed,and the pressure of grass-roots civil servants is measured from four levels: personal factors,family relationship balance factors,organizational environmental factors and social environment.Specifically,First,at the individual level: improve the awareness of township cadres on the management and control of heavy workload by strengthening work training,encourage grass-roots cadres to master effective ways to relieve work pressure,provide professional training in various aspects,and improve job ability;Second,at the level of family support: Family members understand and support each other,take the initiative to undertake family responsibilities,actively communicate and exchange positions,and rethink problems;third,from the perspective of organizational work environment: in order to grasp the thinking pulse and state of mind of party members and cadres in a timely manner,organizational work should pay attention to the living conditions of party members and cadres,enhance the sense of job value recognition of the civil servants,set the evaluation indicators through differentiation,give full play to the initiative of grass-roots party organizations and create a harmonious atmosphere;fourth,the level of social support: including improving the working environment and salaries,and smoothing the promotion of grass-roots civil servants To set up different evaluation indicators,implement the principle of equal power for cadres,and improve the guarantee of cadres’ fault tolerance and correction.
