With the progress and development of society,parents are paying more and more attention to the education of their children.As an important supplement to school basic education,after-school training institutions play an increasingly important role in meeting the diversified educational needs of parents and students.,Has become an indispensable and important part of the current education system.However,the after-school training market has been allowed to develop for a long time,resulting in a series of problems,which have attracted wide public attention.Since 2018,governments at all levels from the central to local governments have intensively promulgated a series of policy and regulatory documents for the supervision of after-school training institutions.Regulating the development of after-school training institutions has played a positive role.This article takes T City as an example to conduct an in-depth analysis of the development of after-school training institutions and the problems exposed in the development,and try to find the underlying causes of the above-mentioned problems,so as to provide constructive measures for the government to rectify chaos and standardize after-school training institutions.Comments and suggestions.Through the investigation of the after-school training institutions in T City,this article believes that there are indeed a series of problems in the current off-campus education and training institutions in T City.The main problems in government supervision are: First,the emphasis on approval is neglected,which leads to violations of regulations by the after-school training institutions after the approval is completed.Operation;Second,it is difficult to coordinate multiple supervisions,and the traditional joint working mechanism is inefficient in supervision;Third,there is a lack of supervision of training fees,and some institutions have recklessly violated the operation,causing damage to the direct interests of parents and students;Fourth,advertising Inadequate publicity and supervision,and false publicity in after-school training institutions are rampant.In view of the current practical problems in the supervision of after-school training institutions,this article believes that the main reasons are the following aspects: first,the imperfection of the national legislative level has caused the vague or lack of supervision basis;second,the supervision department has cognitive defects,and the supervision In the process,it is impossible to prescribe the right medicine;the third is the imperfect supervision system,which causes many difficulties in supervision and implementation;the fourth is the single supervision method used,which fails to fully mobilize social participation and technical participation.Based on the analysis of the above reasons,this article proposes countermeasures to strengthen the supervision of after-school training institutions: First,improve legislation to clarify the main departments of after-school training institutions and the protection measures for the interests of students and parents;second,correctly understand the supervision functions of after-school training institutions,and the competent authorities should Correct attitude and active actions,changing from traditional management thinking to service thinking;third is to strengthen the supervision of the teaching process,and work hard on the quality of off-campus service,teacher management,and person-in-charge management;fourth is to innovate supervision methods and introduce Industry self-regulatory organizations and technical means to improve supervision efficiency.
