Study On The Government Supervision Of The Training Institutions Of Primary And Secondary Schools In A City

Education and training institutions outside primary and secondary schools are an important part of education in our country.However,in the course of its development,a series of problems such as unlicensed running schools,false propaganda and hidden dangers of safety always affect the rights and interests of the educatees.As the maker and supervisor of market rules,the government should strengthen the supervision and management of the market of out-of-school education and training,make it develop in a better direction,and ensure that the students of primary and secondary schools receive the quality of out-of-school education and training.Based on the research on the government supervision of A primary and secondary school out-of-school education and training institutions in this paper,the problems and reasons existing in the supervision of the relevant government departments are obtained,and the countermeasures to perfect the government supervision are put forward.Based on the empirical investigation of the government supervision of A primary and secondary school out-of-school education and training institutions,it is found that the problems include:loopholes in the examination and approval of registration,weak supervision of teachers,absence of supervision of teaching process,negligence of false propaganda supervision and weak supervision of training fees.As a result,the problems of government supervision in A city’s primary and secondary schools’ out-of-school education and training institutions mainly include:imperfect laws and regulations of out-of-school education and training institutions in primary and secondary schools,systematic lack of government supervision ability,lack of functional integration in the allocation of supervision departments,difficulty in putting power and responsibility into place,market self-discipline consciousness and behavior of industry institutions have value Deviation and effective regulatory communication and coordination mechanisms have not yet been established.Finally,from the aspects of strengthening the admission and exit supervision of the out-of-school education and training institutions,strengthening the construction of the teaching staff of the out-of-school education and training institutions,strengthening the strong supervision of all aspects of the teaching process,strictly supervising and eliminating false propaganda and strengthening the supervision of the price of training fees,the countermeasures to perfect the supervision of the out-of-school education and training institutions A primary and secondary schools in the city are put forward.In order to effectively solve the problems existing in the supervision of the primary and secondary school out-of-school education and training institutions,truly ensure the healthy and orderly development of the primary and secondary school out-of-school education and training market,and safeguard the public interest.
