Research On The Improvement Of Rural Living Environment Under The Rural Revitalization Strategy

With the development and progress of The Times,China’s rural production and life style and living environment have produced a great change.The improvement of rural living environment is an important link in the construction of new countryside.It is also an important part of rural ecological revitalization.It plays a vital role in improving the quality and level of farmers’ life.In the report to the 19th National Congress of the CPC in 2017,General Secretary Xi Jinping first proposed a rural revitalization strategy,asked for improving the living environment in rural areas,and made it according to the standard of ecological livability.In February 2018,the General Office of the State Council issued the Three-year Action Plan for The Improvement of Rural Living Environment.lt puts forward more clear time node and work requirement to rural living environment remediation.The improvement of the living environment is a livelihood project that benefits the people and is an important starting point and supporting point of the rural revitalization strategy.In recent years,our country has also carried on the thorough research and the exploration to the rural living environment renovation work.However,restricted by economic foundation,humanistic concept and other aspects,the improvement of rural living environment still needs the joint efforts of many parties to be realized.Under the background of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,this paper takes the renovation of the rural living environment of H City as the research object,and conducts an investigation and research on the implementation of various works in the city and analyzes the current situation.Through the integrated treatment of rural waste,rural toilet reform,sewage treatment,beautiful rural construction,rural civilization action and other measures,H city’ s rural living environment has undergone great changes.But there are also serious environment pollution,backward basic supporting facilities,low participation rate of the masses,lack of funds and other constraints.Through the analysis of the causes of common problems of different issues,H city needs to take rural revitalization of the five objectives as the breakthrough point,perfect the system of planning and construction,enhance farmers’awareness of environmental protection effectively and continue to increase investment,bulid a pluralistic co-governance system,improve the management and protection and assessment mechanism,relying on regional endowment in the aspects of innovation and development,and further advance the rural residential environment comprehensive progress.
