Since the 18th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),remarkable achievements have been made in the fight against corruption, forming an overwhelming trend in the fight against corruption. However,we must clearly recognize that although corruption has been curbed and related institutions are gradually improved, there is still a large number of "micro-corruption" at the grassroots level. In the new era,it is of great significance to think about how to extend the focus of the anti-corruption campaign to the grass-roots level and explore an effective way to effectively promote the governance of "micro-corruption" at the grassroots level, whether it is to push forward the comprehensive and strict governance of the party,or to achieve a decisive victory in the anti-corruption campaign.Although the implementer of "micro corruption" at the grass-roots level has little official position, they are closely connected with the masses, which can directly harm the vital interests of the masses at the grassroots level and have potential and great social harm."Micro-corruption" at the grassroots level has multiple characteristics such as concealment and dynamic evolution. These characteristics make it different from the general corruption, compared with the grassroots "micro corruption" is more difficult to govern, difficult to restrain. Some areas in our country have made various explorations on the governance of "micro corruption" at the grass-roots level, and gained many beneficial experiences. These practical experiences tell us that the governance of "micro corruption" at the grass-roots level must start from three dimensions: the construction of clean government culture, the construction of system and mechanism, and the strengthening of restriction and supervision: first,to promote the construction of clean government culture at the grass-roots level and purify the social atmosphere at the grass-roots level;second,to promote the normalization mechanism construction of "micro corruption" governance at the grass-roots level;third, third,we need to strengthen grass-roots supervision and reduce the space for "micro corruption". |
